Creative Strategist

Modash is a growing creator partnerships platform that helps brands scale their partnerships with creators on Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube. We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to help us become the go-to resource for influencer marketing.

Being a Creative Strategist at Modash

Here are some things you might do in a week at Modash:

  • Strategize and manage the production of the most helpful & entertaining video content in the influencer marketing space
  • Plan and coordinate episodes of the Creator Partnerships Podcast that influencer marketers will learn from and love listening to
  • Brainstorm creative ideas with a company that really gets and loves marketing
  • Coordinate and work together with content stakeholders inside and outside of Modash (for example, our customers or survey participants)
  • Use your knowledge and relationships with customers to give input to written content formats
  • Help us become the go-to resource for influencer marketing content

This is how we imagine you:

  • This is not your first time developing video content for a B2B brand
  • Have great organization skills to deliver on content projects efficiently
  • Are used to being hands-on at your work
  • You’re “social media native”, and you understand what works & what makes great content that people enjoy consuming
  • Love the autonomy that comes with working in a small team
  • Are looking for a place where you are really trusted 

And it would be considered a bonus if you have past experience with:

  • Working in a fast-growing early-stage B2B SaaS company
  • Being a creator yourself (podcasts, videos)
  • Influencer marketing (from the brand side)

This is important to keep up with the Modashians

  • Get-it-done attitude. We all run into roadblocks every day. We’re looking for someone who can find solutions, motivate themselves, and keep getting things done.
  • You aspire to be great. We’re not shooting for mediocrity here.
  • Interest in the creator economy. Our mission is to help creators get paid. You don’t need to live and breathe the creator world, but we’d like it if your values align with ours.
  • If you have prior experience working in a startup, that's great! If you haven't, we hope that you share our passion for this way of operating.
  • We’re looking for applicants in Europe, Africa, or Middle East time zones. Ideally, you’ll have at least a few working hours overlapping with GMT+3 each day.
  • You should be fluent (or nearly fluent) in English. Our team is distributed across many countries, but we work & collaborate day-to-day in English.
