Senior Content Marketer

Modash is a growing creator partnerships platform that helps brands scale their partnerships with creators on Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube. We’re looking for a Senior Content Marketer to help us become the go-to resource for influencer marketing.

Being a Senior Content Marketer at Modash

Here are some things you might do in a week at Modash:

  • Learn influencer marketing. Talk to our ideal customers. Understand what keeps them up at night, and figure out what type of content would solve their problems.
  • Take ownership of the Creator Partnerships Podcast. Plan episodes that influencer marketers will learn from and enjoy listening to. Find great guests, figure out what we should ask them, iterate on the show format, and more.
  • Build relationships with our target audience, and create content with them. For example, real-world examples like this, or sharing original data & perspectives like this.
  • Collaborate with content stakeholders inside Modash (e.g. design, other marketers, internal subject matter experts).
  • Brainstorm content ideas with a company that really gets and loves marketing.
  • Update & improve existing content as we learn more, our product evolves, and we develop new POVs.

This is how we imagine you:

  • You’re experienced. This is not your first time doing content marketing in B2B SaaS.

  • You’re adaptable. You’ve been an early marketing team member in a fast-growing startup. You’ve seen what it’s like to wear all the hats, and you thrive in that environment.
  • You’re hands-on. In a small team you’ll be responsible for strategy as well as execution. Decide what to do, and then do it.

  • You’re organized. You can keep track of multiple projects at once, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver content projects efficiently.
  • You appreciate quality. You want to create the best content of your career, and be in a team & environment that enables you to do so.

It would be considered a bonus if you have past experience with:

  • Influencer marketing (in any capacity)
  • Managing a podcast (a personal one, or for a past employer/brand)
  • Multiple content formats (e.g. newsletters, organic LinkedIn, podcast, long-form articles)

This is important to keep up with the Modashians

  • Get-it-done attitude. We all run into roadblocks every day. We’re looking for someone who can find solutions, motivate themselves, and keep getting things done.
  • You aspire to be great. We’re not shooting for mediocrity here.
  • Interest in the creator economy. Our mission is to help creators get paid. You don’t need to live and breathe the creator world, but we’d like it if your values align with ours.
  • If you have prior experience working in a startup, that's great! If you haven't, we hope that you share our passion for this way of operating.
  • We’re looking for applicants in Europe, Africa, or Middle East time zones. Ideally, you’ll have at least a few working hours overlapping with GMT+3 each day.
  • You should be fluent (or nearly fluent) in English. Our team is distributed across many countries, but we work & collaborate day-to-day in English.
