Which also happens to mark the fifth month birthday of their princess🥰 Gomathi asked me after the third month visit whether she could lift weights and I was surprised as usually I have patients ask if they can travel or climb stairs only 😇 I came to know after that only that they were both into fitness with their own popular social media pages She is very young,almost close to my daughter’s age but very brave‼️ I was always amazed to see the workout videos she posted in pregnancy,breaking so many myths and taboos along the way I used to even use her as an example when I had family of pregnant women making them afraid of any exercise in pregnancy So when it was time for her to give birth,the expectation set by others for her to have a vaginal delivery was quite high She had a difficult long labour,supported strongly by Siva who remained her pillar of strength. When the pain was unbearable with no proper progress,she even thought about proceeding with a c section Epidural saved the day,she was able to take some rest and get back her energy to push her beautiful baby girl out finally I was really really happy for her and their family as she had done a lot of hard work all through her pregnancy Thank you Gomathi and Siva for allowing me to post these special moments Keep inspiring ❤️ A huge thank you to @xcibaangel for patiently capturing these precious moments for us 🤗 . . . . #babygirl #pregnancy #pregnant #motherhood #mom #momlife #newmom #daughter #love

  2. Nothing quite compares to the feeling of riding a motorcycle on an empty beach at sunset. When riding on tarmac, you’re glued to the road, you feel the bumps and the two wheels follow the same path. On sand, the bike glides along and each wheel takes its own path the more you accelerate. As I was riding in and out of the waves here, it was a moment of true peace to experience the reflection of the sunset on the thin layer of water left by the tide. It was a majestic evening.   3. Welcome to the Gap of Dunloe 🇮🇪 Ireland is full of beautiful roads and here is yet another stunning example. After riding an hour in 6am ice cold darkness, I was met with this ancient winding road just as the sun began to rise on another perfect morning here. The Gap of Dunloe, formed 25,000 years ago during Ireland’s last ice age, is a narrow mountain pass following the River Loe (where it gets its name). At several occasions, one crosses the river on what’s known as ‘Wishing Bridges’ which it is said wishes made here really come true. Famously, one can hire a horse-drawn waggon to travel through the pass.
