Here’s what I eat in a a day while cutting as a vegan 🌱 175g protein | 2650 calories 👉🏻 One of my favorite things about cutting weight on a mostly whole food plant based diet (fully vegan, but incorporating some processed foods) is the low caloric density aka - BIG MEALS. One of the first things a new client who is working to lose weight will inevitably say to me after their first week is “ this feels like way too much food, are you sure I’m not eating too much?” 👉🏻 And I always give them the same explanation - fiber and fluids makes us feel full and plant based foods are full of both. The average person is used to eating very high amounts of fat and very low fiber which ultimately leads to low satiety and feeling hungry again sooner. The low caloric density of most vegan foods makes for bigger meals times, keeping you fuller, longer, and ultimately making it much easier to cut eating a vegan diet vs an omnivorous diet. ✅ If you’re ready to lose 10+ lbs in the next 90 days but aren’t sure where to start dm me “TRANSFORM” for info on my 90 day coaching program.
