Modash is a growing creator partnerships platform that helps brands scale their partnerships with creators on Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube. We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to help us grow with exceptional talent and shape the future of our organization.

Being a Senior Recruiter at Modash

There will be no day like the other. Here are the key tasks that will pave your path to success in your role.

  • Analyze current and future staffing needs across the entire organization.
  • Own the hiring strategy, our approach to recruiting and hiring top-tier talent.
  • Own the hiring process from end-to-end making sure we are efficient and create the best possible experience for our candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and creative sourcing methods.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across various channels to identify the best fit for our team and culture.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers helping them to build strong teams and develop their hiring skills.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from creating compelling job postings to making offers. This includes directing candidates to next stages, managing candidate communication and conducting reference check calls.
  • Stay up to date with global job market and industry trends, best practices and tooling to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
  • Articulate our values, culture, and employer value proposition while executing employer branding initiatives.

This is how we imagine you are:

  • Experienced in hiring. Ideally you would have a successful track record in hiring senior level engineers from European countries. Good understanding of data engineering roles. Around half of the roles you will be filling in the Engineering and Product team.
  • You have a good level of sourcing skills and are open to learning more. Advanced skills using Linkedin.
  • Strong interviewing skills including active listening, effective questioning, building rapport, probing for details and assessing skills.
  • Adaptable. Being able to keep pace with changing needs and priorities.
  • Empathic and curious. You are able to notice even the smallest details and dig deeper if needed.
  • Organized and systematic, being in control of your pipelines and coordinating scheduling.
  • Being able to provide concise feedback.
  • Love the autonomy that comes with working in a small team.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
  • Critical thinking. Being able to assess candidates objectively, analyze information effectively, identify red flags and make informed decisions.
  • Data-driven. You use data to make decisions and plan your activities.

  • Interest in the creator economy. Our mission is to help creators get paid. You don’t need to live and breathe the creator world, but we’d like it if your values align with ours.
  • If you have prior experience working in a startup, that's great! If you haven't, we hope that you share our passion for this way of operating.
  • We’re looking for applicants from Estonia, ideally located in Tallinn.
  • You should be excellent in English. Our team is distributed across many countries, we work & collaborate day-to-day in English.
