  1. Working on the Press to Handstand? Here are some things to play with. 1. Transfer as much weight as possible onto your hands and shoulders. Try to bring your hips up. You can do a little hop if it’s to hard but try to let your feet hover as long as possible and bring them down as slow as possible by using the almighty Push! 2. Same Thing here. Transfer as much weight as possible onto your hands and shoulders. From there lift your hips up and push back. For most people this one is most likely easier than the Press Walks. 3. Transfer as much weight as possible onto your hands and shoulders (this means shoulders engaged🤟) Go to tiptoes and bring your hips up. If it doesn’t work at all, you can try elevating your feet with yoga blocks or something like that and press from there. That way you just won’t be able to « walk » so you’ll just have to repeat 1 step or weare super high high heels (I have yet to try that one but in my mind it sounds promising). 4. The Task is simple. Push your butt into the wall and your shoulders to your ears ;) You’ll have to try which distance to the wall works for you, depending on how flexible you are. If you can, go closer. 5. By using a resistance band you can make that tricky bottom part of the press less tricky. A wider band would be better/more comfortable. You’ll have to try what kind of band works for your height and current strength. Don’t let it slap you ;) or wear the safety pants🍊 7. Pull your feet towards your chest. Actively push through your shoulders into the floor & try to cover your ears with your shoulders. Bring your hips on top of your shoulders and your hands. 8. By elevating the feet, it’s going to be easier to stack the hips above your shoulders and wrists. This means again: transfer as much weight as possible onto your hands and shoulders.
