You can find my cookbook using the link in my bio! 🤌🏼 ✨CARNIVORE BURGER BUNS 🍔✨ Ingredients: • 250g blended cottage cheese 🥄 • ½ cup collagen powder 💪 • ¼ cup chicken flour 🐓 (@carnivorecrisps) • 1 cup shredded mozzarella 🧀 • 100g melted butter 🧈 • 1 whole egg 🥚 • 1 egg yolk 🍳 • Pinch of salt 🧂 • 1 cup egg white powder 💨 • 2 cups water 💦 • ½ tsp cream of tartar 👌🏼 Cottage Cheese Mixture: 1. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, collagen powder, chicken flour, mozzarella, melted butter, whole egg, egg yolk, and salt. 2. Blend until smooth for a light, airy texture. 🤌🏼 Egg White Powder Mixture: 1. In a separate bowl, whip egg white powder, water, and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form. 🚀 2. Start mixing slowly and increase speed as it thickens. Final Steps: 1. Gently fold the egg white mix into the cottage cheese mix. • Start by mixing a couple of spoons of whites into the cheese mixture to loosen it. • Then, carefully fold the rest in to maintain fluffiness. 🥄 2. Using a wooden spoon, scoop and shape bun-sized mounds of batter onto a parchment-lined baking tray. 3. Bake at 200°C / Gas Mark 6 for 15-30 minutes, depending on thickness. • The buns should be golden brown, crispy outside, and firm inside—not eggy or squishy! • Check at 15 minutes for thinner buns and 30 minutes for thicker buns. • If they aren’t golden brown all over or feel undercooked, add a few more minutes as needed. 4. In the last 5 minutes, flip the buns upside down and continue baking. This ensures they cook evenly and get golden brown on all sides! ✨ 5. Let them cool in the oven with the door cracked to avoid deflating. Slice, toast, and enjoy the perfect carnivore burger buns! 🍔🔥 Carnivore tater tots recipe! Paneer cheese 🧀 Chicken flour 🐓 Slice up your paneer into cubes, coat with tallow, salt and chicken flour!
