Influencer outreach is easy, in theory. After all, it’s just writing a few emails or DMs, right? But in practice, there are a lot of moving parts, from finding influencer contact details to personalizing your messaging to saving your top-performing templates.
When you’re just starting out, you can do it all manually. But if you’re serious about scaling your influencer outreach, you need the right tools for the job. With that in mind, I’ve compiled a list of the 10 best influencer outreach tools according to real-world user reviews and testimonials 🤓

Features to look for in influencer outreach software
I researched dozens of influencer outreach tools as I put together this list. Along the way, I identified the key features you should look out for when choosing your tool:

- Email finder: Sure, you could just slide into an influencer’s DMs. But communicating via email keeps things professional and trackable – so you’ll need a way to find the influencer’s email address.
- Templating: Save yourself time by templating key elements of your outreach message so you can use them again and again.
- Outreach metrics: Understand which subject lines and templates are getting results by tracking key metrics like sends, open rates, and response rates.
- Inbox collaboration: Unless you’re a one-person team, it helps if your colleagues can access your conversation history. That way, if you’re out of the office, they can pick up where you left off.
- Inbox management: Sick of inbox clutter? Some influencer outreach tools let you filter for influencer emails or sort emails by outreach funnel stage.
- Personalization features: If you’re serious about working with an influencer, take the time to personalize your message. Personalization is time-consuming, but influencer outreach tools can streamline the process.
- Inbox integration: The last thing you need is a whole new inbox to communicate with influencers, so be sure to choose an outreach tool that integrates with Gmail and/or Outlook.
- Bulk email functionality: Mass outreach generally isn’t the way to go. But if you do need to send the same message to dozens of recipients at once, you want your outreach tool to be up to the job.
To be clear, your influencer outreach tool doesn’t necessarily need to check each of those boxes. Generally speaking though, it’ll be more efficient (and cheaper) if you can do it all with a single platform.
Now that’s out of the way, let’s take a closer look at the top 10 influencer outreach tools…
1. Modash

🥇Best for: Influencer outreach for Shopify stores
🤔What is it: Modash is an all-in-one influencer marketing platform for Shopify stores, covering everything from influencer search to analytics to content tracking to payments. We give you all the features you need – find influencer contact details, write personalized outreach messages, save your best templates, and generate high response rates.
✅Key features:
- Track down influencer email addresses. Use Modash’s built-in search feature to find publicly available email addresses for individual influencers. Or add multiple influencers to a list and unlock their contact details in bulk.

- Find influencer-specific information without leaving your inbox. View valuable context about influencers while you’re crafting outreach messages to them – think engagement metrics, past conversations, details about previous collaborations, and custom notes (like their birthday or their dog’s name).

- Sync with your existing email inbox. Modash integrates with Gmail and Outlook, so there’s no need to create a separate email account for influencer outreach. Any actions in Modash will be reflected in your “regular” inbox (and vice versa).
- Collaborate on influencer outreach. Share conversations with your colleagues so they can seamlessly handle communication when you’re on leave. (And with our privacy settings, you can control who sees what.)

- Organize your inbox. Filter emails so you only see those involving influencers, or sort by outreach status to instantly track down influencers who are ready to be contacted or who are waiting for a follow-up.

- Save time with templates and variables. Store your favorite templates to reuse in future campaigns. Automate your outreach using variable elements like UTM codes, affiliate links, payment links, and more.

- Send bulk emails. Need to reach out to multiple influencers at once? In Modash, send up to 100 emails a day.
- Integrate with Shopify. Sync Modash with your Shopify store to create promo codes and affiliate links, track code redemptions, streamline product ordering, and more.

2. Bazaarvoice

🥇Best for: Outreaching UGC creators
🤔What is it: Bazaarvoice helps marketers capture user-generated content (UGC) at scale, so it’s not exactly an influencer marketing platform. But, having acquired a third-party tool called Affable.ai, it now offers built-in creator search and outreach solutions.
✅Key features:
- Get started fast with readymade templates. Instead of writing your own influencer outreach emails from scratch, save time with their library of ready-to-use templates. Choose your favorite, and customize it to fit your brand and campaign.
- Find brand-fit creators. Track down relevant influencers with over 20 search filters. Or, use their built-in generative AI to find influencers through text search, mood boards, conversational chat, and lookalike recommendations.
💵Price: Bazaarvoice doesn’t share pricing information or offer a free trial.
🤝Used by: Clarins, Feelunique, Target

3. BuzzStream

🥇Best for: Digital PR and link-building outreach
🤔What is it: Here too, BuzzStream isn’t an influencer marketing platform per se. Instead, it specializes in digital PR and link-building. But there are enough complementary features to make BuzzStream a viable option for a dedicated influencer outreach tool.
✅Key features:

- Track template performance. Create templated outreach sequences, then monitor open, click, and response rates to understand which templates are generating the best results.
- Write personalized outreach messages. Get the information you need to personalize your outreach – including custom notes, conversation history, and the influencer’s latest posts – all at a glance.
- Schedule email sends. Set the date and time you want to send your email so it lands in the influencer’s inbox at exactly the right moment.
💵Price: BuzzStream offers a 14-day free trial. Plans range from $24–$999+ per month, with no minimum commitment.
🤝Used by: Capterra, Forbes, Seeker

📣Testimonial: “The most useful and easy-to-use tool for tracking and monitoring outreach.” – Carrie Rose Balloch, Founder, Rise at Seven
4. HypeAuditor

🥇Best for: Generalist influencer outreach
🤔What is it: HypeAuditor is an influencer marketing platform for finding, contacting, and managing influencers across Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, X, and YouTube. Unlike Modash, HypeAuditor doesn’t specialize in a particular industry. Instead, it aims to support businesses across a wide range of niches, from D2C ecommerce to software and apps.
✅Key features:

- Customize your influencer outreach. Make your outreach feel more human by personalizing with full names, usernames, images, and profile links.
- Add influencers directly to your mailing list. Once you’ve found relevant influencers through HypeAuditor’s search features, reach out by adding them to your mailing list – all without leaving the platform.
- Reduce the risk of outreach errors. Before sending your outreach messages, HypeAuditor asks you to perform a simple task (like typing out “send 82 emails”), mitigating the risk of messages being sent by mistake.
💵Price: HypeAuditor doesn’t offer a free trial, but it does have a bunch of free resources, like its Instagram engagement rate calculator. While they don’t publish pricing information, G2 says HypeAuditor is 32% more expensive than the average mid-market influencer marketing platform.
🤝Used by: Dior, H&M, Philips
✨Review score: ★ 4.6/5 (G2), ★ 4.3/5 (Product Hunt), ★ 4.8/5 (Capterra)
📣Testimonial: “Using HypeAuditor, we’ve been able to expand our influencer marketing strategy, build relationships with proven influencers, and save time on reporting.” – Flora Macher, Influencer Relations Manager, Moon Magic
5. FollowUpThen

🥇Best for: Scheduling outreach follow-up reminders
🤔What is it: Sending follow-up messages is vital in boosting your outreach response rate. Reduce the risk of forgetting to follow up with an influencer by using FollowUpThen to send you an automated reminder at a date/time of your choice. That’s all this tool does, but it does it well.
✅Key features:

- Set automated reminders. Schedule a reminder email by adding a time or date to the BCC field in the email you’re about to send (e.g., “jan1st@followupthen.com”). When the reminder hits your inbox, you know it’s time to follow up with the influencer in question.
- Send private or group reminders. Control who receives the reminder using the “To,” “CC,” and “BCC” fields.
- No need to install anything. FollowUpThen works on every device and doesn’t require any installation – because it’s just an email address!
💵Price: Set 50 active reminders per month free of charge. Or upgrade to a paid individual plan ($4 per month) or team-level plan ($4 per user per month).
🤝Used by: IBM, Salesforce, Stripe
✨Review score: ★ 5/5 (G2)
📣Testimonial: “FollowUpThen lets you control your future inbox. It works on every platform, it’s intuitive, and once you start using it, the tool becomes second nature.” – Ari Meisel, Founder of Less Doing
6. Upfluence

🥇Best for: AI-supported influencer outreach
🤔What is it: Upfluence is another full-service influencer marketing platform, with tools spanning influencer search, relationship management, campaign tracking, influencer payments, and more. They also run their own influencer marketing agency.
✅Key features:

- Save time with AI assistance. Lean on Jace, the platform’s built-in AI assistant, to help you with writing, translating, and editing outreach emails.
- Create templated outreach messages. Write personalized outreach emails and save them as templates so you can reuse them for future campaigns.
- Run outreach campaigns on autopilot. Build automated outreach sequences and manage follow-ups by setting statuses to ensure you always know what’s happening with your campaigns.
💵Price: Upfluence doesn’t offer a free trial, but it does have a free Chrome extension for influencer analytics. You won’t find any pricing information on the Upfluence website, but G2 lists one pricing edition at $478 per month.
🤝Used by: Benefit, HelloFresh, Revolut
✨Review score: ★ 4.6/5 (G2), ★ 4.2/5 (Trustpilot), ★ 4.3/5 (Capterra)
📣Testimonial: “Upfluence has created ease in tracking sales, organizing, and managing our influencers.” – Megan Cody, Director of Brand Marketing & Creative, Branded
7. Mailmeteor

🥇Best for: Sending personalized mass emails
🤔What is it: Mailmeteor is an email marketing platform for sending personalized mass emails through Gmail or Outlook. So if you’re only looking for an outreach tool – rather than an all-in-one influencer marketing platform – it’s a solid option.
✅Key features:

- Send mass emails. Mailmeteor lets you send up to 2,000 emails a day from your existing Gmail or Outlook account.
- Personalize your outreach at scale. Create templates that read like custom messages to individual influencers by adding variables like names and topics. Mistake auto-detection stops you from sending campaigns with missing variables.
- Create and customize outreach templates. Turn your best-performing outreach emails into templates. Or, choose from over 40 prebuilt outreach templates and edit them to fit your brand, tone, and objective.
💵Price: Mailmeteor lets you send up to 500 emails per month free of charge. To send more, upgrade to a paid plan from $4.99 per user per month.
🤝Used by: Hootsuite, Shopify, Uber
✨Review score: ★ 4.8/5 (Capterra), 3.7/5 (G2)
📣Testimonial: “Great, easy to use, reliable, and easy to import rich HTML directly into the editor.” – Tim P, Computer Games Chief Executive
8. lemlist

🥇Best for: Multichannel cold outreach
🤔What is it: As a specialist in prospecting and cold outreach, lemlist is commonly used by sales teams. But there’s enough crossover here to make it a potential option for influencer outreach too.
✅Key features:

- Build personalized automated outreach sequences. Create outreach sequences with multiple follow-up steps. Add conditional logic to update late-sequence steps based on the recipient’s previous actions (like whether they clicked a link).
- Reach out via multiple channels. Increase your chances of getting a reply by leveraging additional outreach channels, from LinkedIn messages to voicemail to handwritten notes.
- Manage outreach conversations from a central hub. View all interactions with an influencer in the unified inbox, regardless of the channel or sender. Use filtering and search tools to easily track down key information.
💵Price: lemlist offers a 14-day free trial. Prices start at $69 per user per month.
🤝Used by: Cloudflare, Uber, Zendesk
✨Review score: ★ 4.6/5 (Capterra), ★ 4.5/5 (G2), ★ 3.7/5 (Trustpilot)
📣Testimonial: “With lemlist, I’ve increased in high-quality prospects thanks to its advanced personalization and targeted outreach features.” – Sabina Lenoble, VP of Business Development at The Smiley Company
9. Manychat

🥇Best for: Automated instant messaging
🤔What is it: Manychat describes itself as a “chat marketing” platform, enabling brands and influencers to engage their audiences through Facebook Messenger, Instagram and TikTok DMs, and WhatsApp. To be clear, it doesn’t do email – but if you rely heavily on instant messaging for influencer outreach, Manychat could fit the bill.
✅Key features:

- Build automated chat outreach sequences. Streamline your communication by subscribing influencers to a series of scheduled messages with custom delays.
- Send custom links via DM. Ask influencers to comment on an Instagram post, Reel, or Story with a keyword of your choice, and then Manychat will instantly send a custom link to their DMs – making inbound influencer recruitment a cinch.
- Collect influencer email addresses. Automatically capture influencer email addresses when they comment with a predefined keyword, opening up another avenue for influencer outreach.
💵Price: ManyChat’s free plan allows you to engage up to 1,000 contacts via Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, and TikTok. Paid plans start at $15 per month.
🤝Used by: School of Bots, Cassie Schoonover, Giovanni Begossi
✨Review score: ★ 3.5/5 (Trustpilot), ★ 4.5/5 (G2), ★ 4.6/5 (Capterra)
📣Testimonial: “We’ve used Manychat to generate over $65 million in sales for digital product and ecommerce businesses.” – Natasha Willis, Co-Founder of School of Bots
10. Influencity

🥇Best for: All-around social media management
🤔What is it: Influencity is much more than an influencer outreach tool, with features spanning influencer marketing, social media management, and social listening. Granted, it’s an expensive choice if you’re just looking to streamline your outreach – but if you need all the other features, too, it’s well worth a look.
✅Key features:

- Personalize influencer outreach at scale. Make your emails feel like they’re written for individual influencers by using personalization tokens to add their name and other custom information.
- View performance metrics at a glance. See open rates, click rates, and most-clicked links via Influencity’s dashboards so you know at a glance which campaigns and emails are delivering the best results.
- Save top-performing templates. Rather than starting from scratch every time, save your best emails as templates so you can easily reuse them.
💵Price: Influencity doesn’t share pricing information on their website. But G2 lists three pricing editions ranging from $318–$798+ per month. Influencity also offers a seven-day free trial.
🤝Used by: Air France, Pernod Ricard, Samsung
✨Review score: ★ 4.6/5 (G2), ★ 4.8/5 (Product Hunt), ★ 4.2/5 (Capterra)

6. Upfluence

Essai gratuit : disponible pendant 14 jours.

Essai gratuit : plan gratuit jusqu’à 1 000 contacts.

Quelle offre proposer ? Et bien d’autres encore.
