Monthly billing gives you flexibility if you run seasonal campaigns or prefer not to commit long-term. Annual billing saves you $100/month on Essentials and Performance plans. We offer this discount because brands that invest in long-term influencer relationships typically see better, more sustainable results.

The Shopify integration is included free with your Modash plan. You need an active Modash subscription and an active Shopify store, that's it. There's no extra charge for the integration. Your Modash plan includes full access to all Shopify features: product gifting, sales tracking, discount codes. Affiliates management is available in Performance Annual and Enterprise plans.

No, absolutely not. You can choose between monthly or yearly plans and upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. We offer big discounts for those who choose yearly plans because we’ve seen that brands who invest in long-term relationships with influencers have better and more sustainable outcomes than brands who run short-term transactional campaigns.

Essential & Performance plans For Essential and Performance plans, Modash charges a percentage-based commission per payout to creators. This fee covers payment processing, invoice management, tax handling, and support for both brands and creators. Annual Performance plans include $10,000 in fee-free creator payouts per year. Once this threshold is exceeded, the standard commission fee applies.

‍Enterprise plans Enterprise plans include commission-free creator payouts up to a defined annual limit (depending on the plan). Once this limit is exceeded, a 3.9% fee is applied only to the amount above the included limit.

‍For creators, they receive the full payout amount approved by the brand — Modash does not deduct any commission from creator payments. Depending on the creator’s location and bank, local banking or transfer fees may apply.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your account settings. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the rest of your billing period.

If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Any unused credits or features from your current plan will be adjusted accordingly.

You can cancel anytime. Monthly plans cancel immediately. Annual plans remain active until the end of your prepaid term.

No commitment required. Choose monthly or yearly billing and Upgrade plans anytime. Annual plans save you money because long-term creator partnerships deliver better results than one-off campaigns.

- Profile views: Each time you open a detailed influencer profile to see their full analytics, audience data, and content performance, it counts as one profile view.
- Email unlocks: When you reveal multiple creator's contact email address from their profile, it counts as one email unlock. We limit email unlocks in our other plans to protect influencers from receiving exploitative offers and spam. We also limit email unlocks to protect marketers from going too big, too soon. Instead of taking a volume approach, we encourage marketers to boost response rates with semi-personalized outreach. If you need more export limits, we’re able to customize limits in our Enterprise plan.
- Tracked creators: This is the maximum number of influencers you can actively monitor in campaigns simultaneously. You can add and remove creators, but the total tracked at any time cannot exceed your plan limit.

All these limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. You can monitor your current usage anytime from your account dashboard.

In case you go over the limits of your plan, you can upgrade to a bigger plan or ask us to build a custom plan just for you. This isn’t something you need to worry about, we’ll always find a solution for you.

Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that:

- Data export: Export your data (influencer lists, campaign reports, etc.) before your subscription ends. Download anything you want to keep.
- Account access: Once your subscription expires, you'll lose access to the platform and all features. Your account is deactivated, but not immediately deleted.
- Data retention: We keep your account data for 90 days after cancellation in case you decide to come back. During this time, you can resubscribe and get full access to your data.
- Data deletion: After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Your Modash subscription covers all platform features. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges beyond your monthly or annual plan cost.

The only additional fees you'll encounter are related to Modash Payments for Essential and Performance plans (our creator payment feature), which charges commission fee per payout. Annual Performance plans include $10,000 in fee-free payouts.
