Shopify 연동은 Modash 요금제에 무료로 포함됩니다. 활성 Modash 구독과 활성 Shopify 스토어만 있으면 됩니다. 연동에 추가 비용은 없습니다. Modash 요금제로 제품 선물, 판매 추적, 할인 코드 등 모든 Shopify 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. 제휴 관리 기능은 Performance Annual 및 Enterprise 요금제에서 이용할 수 있습니다.

모든 요금제에는 연간 수수료 면제 지급 한도가 포함됩니다. 한도를 초과하면 초과분에만 5% 수수료가 적용됩니다.

‍Performance Annual: 연간 총 지급액 $10,000까지 수수료는 0%입니다. $10,000 초과분에는 5% 수수료가 적용됩니다.

아니요, 전혀 아닙니다. 월간 또는 연간 요금제를 선택하고 언제든 업그레이드, 다운그레이드 또는 취소할 수 있습니다. 장기적인 인플루언서 관계에 투자하는 브랜드가 단기 거래형 캠페인을 운영하는 브랜드보다 더 우수하고 지속 가능한 성과를 낸다는 점을 확인했기에 연간 요금제에 큰 할인을 제공합니다.

계정 설정에서 언제든 요금제를 업그레이드하거나 다운그레이드할 수 있습니다. 청구 기간 중 업그레이드하면 남은 기간에 대해 일할 계산된 금액이 청구됩니다.

다운그레이드하면 다음 청구 주기 시작 시 변경사항이 적용됩니다. 현재 요금제의 미사용 크레딧이나 기능은 그에 따라 조정됩니다.

언제든 취소할 수 있습니다. 월간 요금제는 즉시 취소됩니다. 연간 플랜은 선불 기간이 끝날 때까지 활성 상태로 유지됩니다.

- 프로필 조회: 인플루언서의 전체 분석, 오디언스 데이터, 콘텐츠 성과를 보기 위해 상세 프로필을 열 때마다 프로필 조회로 계산됩니다.
- 이메일 공개: 크리에이터 프로필에서 연락처 이메일 주소를 확인하면 이메일 공개로 계산됩니다. 다른 플랜에서는 인플루언서가 부당한 제안과 스팸을 받지 않도록 이메일 공개를 제한합니다. 마케터가 너무 이른 시기에 규모를 과도하게 키우지 않도록 이메일 공개도 제한합니다. 대량 접근 대신 부분적으로 개인화한 연락으로 응답률을 높이도록 권장합니다. 내보내기 한도가 더 필요하면 엔터프라이즈 플랜에서 한도를 맞춤 설정해 드릴 수 있습니다.
- 추적 크리에이터: 캠페인에서 동시에 추적할 수 있는 인플루언서의 최대 수입니다. 크리에이터를 추가하거나 삭제할 수 있지만, 언제든 추적 중인 총 크리에이터 수는 플랜 한도를 넘을 수 없습니다.

이 모든 한도는 각 청구 주기 시작 시 재설정됩니다. 계정 대시보드에서 언제든 현재 사용량을 확인할 수 있습니다.

플랜 한도를 초과하면 더 큰 플랜으로 업그레이드하거나 맞춤 플랜을 요청할 수 있습니다. 걱정하지 않으셔도 됩니다. 언제나 해결책을 찾아드리겠습니다.

계정은 현재 청구 기간이 끝날 때까지 활성 상태로 유지됩니다. 그 이후:

- 데이터 내보내기: 구독이 끝나기 전에 데이터(인플루언서 목록, 캠페인 보고서 등)를 내보내세요. 보관할 항목은 모두 다운로드하세요.
- 계정 액세스: 구독이 만료되면 플랫폼과 모든 기능에 액세스할 수 없습니다. 계정은 비활성화되지만 즉시 삭제되지는 않습니다.
- 데이터 보관: 재구독할 경우를 위해 취소 후 90일간 계정 데이터를 보관합니다. 이 기간에는 재구독하여 데이터 전체에 액세스할 수 있습니다.
- 데이터 삭제: 90일 후 데이터는 당사 시스템에서 영구적으로 삭제됩니다.

Modash 구독에는 모든 플랫폼 기능이 포함됩니다. 월간 또는 연간 플랜 비용 외에 설정비, 온보딩 비용 또는 숨은 요금은 없습니다.

The only additional fees you'll encounter are related to Modash Payments for Essentials and Performance plans (our creator payment feature), which charges a commission fee per payout. 연간 Performance 플랜에는 $10,000 상당의 수수료 면제 지급이 포함됩니다.
