How does Modash help vet creators and detect fake followers?

To help you feel confident in your vetting process, Modash shows you engagement rates, audience quality scores, follower demographics, past brand partnerships, content history, and audience interests, so you only reach out to creators who align with your brand.

To get our audience quality score (Fake follower rate), we use advanced analysis to score billions of accounts and identify "normal" Instagram behavior. Accounts that don't meet our quality threshold are flagged based on:

- Missing profile image
- Following-to-followers ratio
- Account ageNumber of posts
- Missing bio
- Unusual follower growth patterns

We show you a total percentage. The fake follower rate includes both suspicious mass followers (accounts following 1,000+ others with bot-like behavior) and obvious bots.
