Email finder: Sure, you could just slide into an influencer’s DMs. But communicating via email keeps things professional and trackable – so you’ll need a way to find the influencer’s email address.

Templating: Save yourself time by templating key elements of your outreach message so you can use them again and again.

Outreach metrics: Understand which subject lines and templates are getting results by tracking key metrics like sends, open rates, and response rates.

Inbox collaboration: Unless you’re a one-person team, it helps if your colleagues can access your conversation history. That way, if you’re out of the office, they can pick up where you left off.

Inbox management: Sick of inbox clutter? Some influencer outreach tools let you filter for influencer emails or sort emails by outreach funnel stage.
