Shopify 사용자가 아니어도 제휴 기능을 사용할 수 있나요?

아니요, 현재 제휴 링크를 통한 판매 추적은 Shopify 통합에서만 가능합니다. 인플루언서 검색, 프로필 분석, 인플루언서 리스트 관리, 콘텐츠 수집 등 대부분의 Modash 기능은 Shopify 외부에서도 사용할 수 있습니다. Shopify 통합을 통해 인플루언서에게 무료 제품을 보내거나, 제휴 판매를 추적하고, Shopify 프로모션 코드를 관리하는 등의 추가 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.

여러 가지 커미션 등급을 설정할 수 있나요?

네, 예를 들어 5%, 10%, 15%처럼 다양한 커미션 등급을 직접 생성할 수 있습니다. 또한 초기 판매와 이후 판매에 대해 서로 다른 커미션을 제공할 수도 있습니다. 예를 들어 신규 고객의 첫 구매에는 10%, 이후 동일 고객의 재구매에는 5%의 커미션을 지급할 수 있습니다.

제휴 판매는 어떻게 추적되나요?

커미션은 추적 링크 및/또는 프로모션 코드를 통해 산정됩니다.

제휴 지급 시 Modash 수수료는 얼마인가요?

기본 수수료는 지급 건당 3.9%입니다. 연간 요금제를 이용하면 첫 $10,000 지급까지는 수수료가 없습니다. 엔터프라이즈 플랜의 경우 수수료는 협의 가능합니다.

기존 제휴사를 Modash로 이전할 수 있나요?

네! Modash에는 가져오기 기능이 있으며, 최대한 방해와 추가 작업 없이 이전을 완료할 수 있도록 전담 지원을 제공합니다. 이전하려는 플랫폼에 따라 절차가 조금씩 달라질 수 있습니다. 통화 예약을 하시면 자세히 안내해 드리겠습니다.
