What is the Modash Survey Program?

The Modash Survey Program polls influencer marketers and creators about their experiences working with one another. We use the responses to create reports, and social media content about how to best work together.

How does it work?

It’s pretty simple. We send you a survey via email, and we run the survey for about 2 weeks. If you have time to complete the survey, awesome. If you don’t have time – no problem, catch the next one. We run 2 surveys a quarter, so there’s always another one coming up.

What’s in it for me?

We pay $50USD per survey. Most surveys take about 10-15 minutes to complete depending on how much you write. So your next brunch is on us! 🥐
Get quoted in the final report. So if you’re okay with it, we can quote you, and we’ll promote your quote on LinkedIn. You can use the quote and report to build your own thought leadership, too.
Get insight on how others are running their creator programs. Not only are you contributing your own insight and experience, others are too. That means you get instant access to what everyone else is doing, plus inspiration for your next campaign.

And for creators who join the program, you get to help teach brands the best way to work with you. Influencer marketing is built on relationships – and creators’ voices should absolutely be part of the conversation. 3

Right, so what’s in it for you?

Knowledge. We build a platform that helps influencer marketers manage their creator programs. Better understanding how you run your programs (or how you work with brands as a creator) helps us build a better product and achieve our mission: help every creator get paid.

“Yeah, okay what’s really in it for you?”

No, I'm serious. You’ll never get pitched from us, unless you want to. You don’t have to sign up for a free trial as a marketer or a creator.

I will not spam you with invites to other things we’re doing. I’ll never include a CTA to sign up. Your email is used for the program (and to track payments to you). That’s it. Pinky promise.

What if I want to stay anonymous?

That’s also totally okay. There’s a question in every survey where you can choose to be freely quoted, have the option to check a quote before we publish it, or stay anonymous.

Choosing to remain anonymous does not impact whether or not you get paid or if you can participate in the surveys. We have people who have remained anonymous since day 1.

How do I get paid?

For influencer marketers:

At the end of the survey, there’s a link to a payment form. You only have to fill that out the first time you complete a survey with us. After that, we’ll automatically transfer your payment via Wise. No invoice creation, no hassle.

For creators:

After you’ve finished a survey, we’ll send you a link to enter payment information via the Modash platform. Once that’s done, we pay you out. No invoices, no hassle.

Who is eligible for the survey program?

For influencer marketers, we’re looking for people who are working with DTC brands. It doesn’t matter if you’re in-house, at an agency, or freelancing. But, a lot of our surveys are geared towards ecommerce, so if you work with digital products, services, or B2B, the questions may not be relevant for you.

Seniority, niche, and location don’t really matter. Every experience is relevant.

For creators, we don’t care about your follower count. We also don’t care about your engagement rate.

We do care about your experience working with brands who have reached out to you. So if you work as an affiliate for brands, or you regularly get PR boxes or other products sent to you, or if brands reach out to collaborate – we want to hear about your experience.

Huge bonus if those products are physical products – we’re geared towards ecommerce so it’s extra helpful to have that experience.

Are y’all legit?

Yes. Modash is a B2B SaaS company building a platform specifically for influencer marketers. We serve thousands of Shopify ecommerce teams across the globe, including Stanley 1913, Montblanc, Sennheiser, Burga – and that’s the tip of the iceberg. We’re based out of Estonia, but our team is scattered across Europe and Canada.
