Mind. BLOWN! I wanted to give you a true review of the @magicdotfit mirror, so I’ve spent the last week trying out so many of the different workouts and getting to grips with it. I can now honestly tell you that it’s an incredible piece of kit! Yes, it’s an investment, but in the space of a week I’ve done more weight training in the comfort of my home, than I have at the gym in the last six months! Even my husband, (who leaves for work at 6am and doesn’t get home until around 9pm) has managed to fit in a load of workouts. You can add up to 5 different profiles to the mirror, so the whole family can track their progress. I honestly LOVE it! It’s fully interactive so you have your trainer there in the mirror talking to you There are hundreds of different classes on here, but the bit I love most (as a scoliosis sufferer) is that it scans your body before the workout and then corrects your posture while you train.
