This is a #pubday filled with really great stories. I love that. I’ve read over half of this pile already. What are you planning to pick up from today’s new books? • • WHIDBEY - A portrait of three women connected through one man in the aftermath of his murder ALL THE WORLD CAN HOLD - three passengers from wildly different backgrounds board a cruise ship bound for Bermuda shortly after 9/11 and learn en route that they can’t outrun their regrets about the risks not taken SHE FELL AWAY - A State Department diplomat must confront the ghosts of her past as she searches for a missing American woman in New Zealand THE EIGHTH LIFE - a novel of war, loss, love requited and unrequited, ghosts, joy, massacres, tragedy, and hot chocolate. This was the easiest ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve ever given. ONCE AND AGA

📚 October Reading Wrap-Up 📚 • No five-star books but there were a handful of excellent 4-star books and a bunch more that I got picky with but still ultimately enjoyed! So, it was a decent month, although I took some trips and time away from Bookstagram so I’m behind (as always, really) on posting reviews. Coming soon! || DECEMBER READING WRAP-UP || #partner || . My hat flew off just as I went to take this picture, which somehow captures my reading experience this month. I loved most of the books I read throughout December—I tried to make sure I got to as many of my unread 2025 books as possible, while also throwing in a random romance, a doorstopper I’ve had on my shelves for a decade, and some 2026 releases I couldn’t help but sneak in early. • Starting with backlist, I read two Tin House books, both of which I’d picked up last year—THE SKUNKS and THE BURROW. Both were charming and emotionally complicated. I also finally got to SO SAD TODAY, which is been meaning to finish for years—fascinating to see how her life and essays were reconfigured in her fiction. THE SIMPLE ART OF KILLING A WOMAN was fine,

…happy Tuesday, book friends. It’s a lighter week of new releases this week, so I’m instead sharing some recent #bookmail that I’m very excited about. Not only does that include some recent 2025 releases (including some of my most anticipated fall releases like Erin White’s LIKE FAMILY and Eric Heisserer’s SIMULTANEOUS), but also some highly-coveted 2026 releases…new FINLAY DONOVAN, new Ashley Elston, new Alice Feeney, new Matt Dinniman (!!). We are going to have a VERY good reading year next year, I guarantee that! More on all of these books on the second slide. See anything here you’re excited about, or that you’ve read and loved? Thanks as always to the tagged #partner publishers for gifted copies of some of these featured titles! ___ #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #newbook #flatlay

I’m already over halfway through this stack of new books and I can honestly tell you that this is a fantastic pub day. Which new books are on your possibility pile? • • #GoodAndEvil - A haunting, unforgettable collection of tales #OtherPeoplesHouses - the unputdownable installment in the DC Morgan series. You want what they have, but what price would you #TheBookOfGuilt - In an alternate world where nobody won WWII, three brothers are the only boys left in an orphanage whose dark secret is the reason for their existence—and the key to their survival #TheWilderness - five Black women over the course of their twenty-year friendship, as they move through the dizzying and sometimes precarious period between young adulthood and midlife #TheGhostsOfMerryHall - In modern-day England, a mother and
