It has a great selection of fresh, high-quality, products, delicious hot food as well as all our favorite staples. If you know me, you know I’m a big @wholefoods fan so I’m genuinely stoked to have another location in Silicon Valley. gluten free AND yummy??? jackpot 🍝✨ soft, cheesy tortelloni + creamy roasted garlic + burst tomatoes = unreal made this with @taste_republic four cheese tortelloni and kept the sauce simple so the pasta could shine 🤌 🛒 ingredients: • 1 package four cheese tortelloni • 1 head garlic • 1–2 cups cherry tomatoes • 1–2 tbsp olive oil • 1 tbsp butter • 1 cup heavy cream • ½ cup parmesan (grated) • salt + black pepper • optional: red pepper flakes, fresh basil/parsley 👩‍🍳 instructions: 1. roast garlic at 400°F (200°C) for 30–40 min (cut top, oil + salt, wrap in foil) 2. boil tortelloni in salted water (3–5 min), save a little pasta water 3. in a pan, heat olive oil + add cherry tomatoes → let them blister + burst 4. add roasted garlic (squeezed out + mashed) 5. add butter, then pour in heavy
