I mean, do you really need to have 20 whole deep fried wings PLUS large fries and a soda in one sitting? Probably not. Perhaps you could have 2-3 wings and a big ass salad instead, a tactic clients of mine have actually used and yes, it actually worked. #Balance When you do decide to treat yourself just remember to: 👉🏾 enjoy your meal without guilt 👉🏾 eat slowly and mindfully 👉🏾 savour every morsel 👉🏾 stop when you’re satisfied (yes even if there’s food left back 👀) P.S.
