When you have your meals planned and prepped in advance, you’ll be less likely to give in to the drive through. 🍎 Make sure you’re eating balanced meals with protein, carbs and fats. Cravings are sometimes signalling that our body is missing out on something. 🍎 Yeah I know those don’t always work, in which case, just give in! Yup. I said what I said. Though some foods won’t be necessarily helping you get to your fitness goals, they do accomplish other goals - like sheer enjoyment! The trick is to learn how to enjoy without going overboard. I mean, do you really need to have 20 whole deep fried wings PLUS large fries and a soda in one sitting? Probably not. Perhaps you could have 2-3 wings and a big ass salad instead, a tactic clients of mine have actually used and yes, it actually worked. #Balance When you do decide to treat yourself just remember to: 👉🏾 enjoy your meal without guilt 👉🏾 eat slowly and mindfully 👉🏾 savour every morsel 👉🏾 stop when you’re satisfied (yes even if there’s food left back 👀) P.S.
