While at AWS re:Invent, I sat down with Dan Kusel, GM and Managing Partner at IBM, and our conversation reinforced something every senior AI leader already knows but often struggles to operationalize. Impact doesn’t come from standing up more AI projects. It comes from sequencing the right ones. IBM didn’t get value from AI by chasing flashy use cases.
