Sous Vide Teriyaki Tri Tip I started with a tri tip and poked it full of holes using a fork. Then I threw it into a vacuum bag and dumped in some delicious @kikkomanusa Takumi Teriyaki sauce. I sealed it up with my @nutrichef_kitchen then refrigerated it for 24hrs. I pulled it from the fridge to come to room temp while I set up my sous vide. I attached my @annovaculinary to my @cambromfg and set it to 120. Once it was preheated I dropped in my tri tip for 3 hours. It was removed and thrown onto a hot @webergrills until it got a nice sear. Using my @bbqaidtools fork I flipped it and seared both sides then pulled it to rest for 15min. I threw it on my @bandito_boards and carved it up with my @kumaknives . #tritip #steak #teriyaki #takumiteriyaki #kikkoman #kikkomanambassador #ad #kuma #kumak

When it comes to eating ramen, one of my favourite toppings is the soft boiled egg. It's rich, jammy and packs a ton of flavour from the marinade. So I've decided to put my own twist on it using ingredients from my culture. The inspiration for this recipe comes from my love of Chinese soy-braised chicken that you would pickup from a butcher shop or restaurant. This marinade has the taste of a soy braised chicken, creating a rich, salty, sweet, spiced egg that pairs amazingly with Chinese noodles and soup.
