U know I love a sauna… but a sauna blanket?? 🧐 it was time to put it to the test! This thing was actually pretty decent. I wasn’t sure what it would feel like sweating inside one of these things but it was actually quite comfortable. You really want to have your arms in so I would’t recommend using it whilst on your phone or laptop if you want a proper sweat, but it’s perfect for watching some TV. It’s a generous, far infrared heat, to get you sweating, detoxing and improving that skin radiance. I don’t get to that ‘tap out’ kind of temp, but I definitely sweated a lot. It’s the kinda thing you can lay in for a comfortable 45 min sweat in front of the tv. A great, affordable, mobile option especially if you’re tight on space and want the regular benefits of sauna.
