An update on my 21-Day Lower-Sodium Challenge! I took on this challenge thinking that it will be tough cos I love my sauces and seasonings. But since I’m working at a healthier diet(on top of working out), I decided to give it a go and it really hasn’t been as difficult as I thought it’d be. It’s always about making mindful choices, isn’t it? Easy soy butter mushroom pasta with less salt, more taste | This is one of my go-to pastas at our home! The flavour combination is so simple and just works so well!
