𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙛𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙨 𝙡𝙤𝙪𝙙, 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙬𝙨 𝙪𝙥 𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝗥𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮 𝗗𝗲 𝗟𝗮 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘇 This was such a fun, comforting romantasy ride. The vibes are immersive without being overwhelming, with magic that’s easy to follow and a story that flows smoothly from start to finish. I loved how character-driven this felt. Everyone was layered, determined, and quietly brave in their own ways. The banter absolutely shines, especially that slow, reluctant attraction simmering under every interaction. It’s the kind of tension that sneaks up on you and makes you smile without even realizing it. Add in purposeful travel, emotional growth, and a truly satisfying ending of book one and this became a really enjoyable escape that I didn’t want to put down.
