🙋🏼♀️🏴ad Every week, players of the National Lottery raise over £32 million for good causes and during National Lottery Open Week (7–15 March), your ticket unlocks so much more than you might expect… All you have to do is present a National Lottery ticket at participating venues across the UK to enjoy free entry and special offers at some truly incredible places. I used mine to visit the beautiful Fyvie Castle in Aberdeenshire, cared for by the National Trust for Scotland. This 800-year-old fortress is filled with dramatic history, fascinating stories, and of course, a couple of resident ghosts. Hidden high above the rooftops are 20 extraordinary stone figures, known as the Fyvie Guardians, quietly watching over the castle. It felt like uncovering a little secret from the pa

If my role in life is simply to show you quite how much better professional athletes are at everything than me, i am happy because this has been SO MUCH FUN - ad. Thank you endlessly to @thenationallottery for inviting me to have a go at all of these winter sports, and thank you for all you have done to facilitate Team GB’s Olympic and Paralympic dreams!! Players of the National Lottery raise over £32 million every week for Good Causes, one of those being their investment into grassroots skiing projects with Snow Sport England. Since 1995, The National Lottery has invested over £200 million into winter sports, supporting elite and grass roots initiatives with world-class facilities, which has made it possible for champions to emerge from communities across the UK!! Now this was a fun day! When the National Lottery asked me to go head-to-head on the skeleton push track with 3 other fitness creators, it was an immediate YES. Ad | Getting a glimpse of the support that helps power GB winter sport was unreal — since 1995, The National Lottery has invested over £200 million into winter sports, helping our athletes achieve their dreams at the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Can’t wait to watch Team GB take to the track in Milan Cortina tomorrow… maybe we’ll see Robbie lining up in 2030. #BecauseofYou #Ad #NationalLottery #MilanoCortina2026

A HUGE moment for this local project! ⚽ Lioness legend and National Lottery Ambassador @chloekelly made a surprise visit to a London school to announce that £8,815 of National Lottery funding via Sport England is being awarded to @savingsoulshub, a project that supports mental wellbeing through inclusive sport for girls and women. ⚽ Chloe knows all too well about the power of grassroots sport and the impact of National Lottery funding in her own journey to being a Lioness. ⚽ “I remember when my local club received National Lottery funding to upgrade our facilities and what a huge impact that grant made on my community.” ⚽ Thanks to National Lottery players, more than £30 million is raised every week for good causes across the UK. #BecauseOfYou @tnluk @england @englandfootball @officialspor

The National Lottery’s Open Week starts March 7th - 15th ~ this week is a thank you to the National Lottery players who raise more than £32 million every week for good causes across the UK. In National Lottery Open Week, your ticket becomes a passport to discovery - unlocking stories, places and experiences. So come and discover the sport of curling taking place across Scotland. I had THE MOST fun learning about this sport and trying it out for myself ! The accuracy required needs a little work on my part 😂 This is such a great opportunity to try out a winter sport whilst you also watch the GB teams compete at the winter Olympic and Paralympic Games ! The National Lottery is a vital funder of Winter Sports in the UK. Because of YOU they are supporting athletes to compete at the highest le

We were delighted to be joined by Jordan Stephens (@jordanfstephens) and @tnluk to surprise @appetite_stoke with the news that they’ve been awarded an incredible £1 million of National Lottery funding over the next three years. 👏 Appetite is an @aceagrams Creative People and Places programme that aims to get more people in Stoke to experience and be inspired by the arts. Projects like this show how art can bring people together, transform spaces, and give everyone a voice. 👏 Creativity isn’t just about making a career out of art, it’s about joy, expression, and belonging and I believe everyone should have the chance to experience that. 👏 Thanks to National Lottery players, £30 million is raised every week for good causes throughout the UK. Thanks to The National Lottery, I had the chance to visit the Take a Bow in Kilmarnock - a charity in Kilmarnock that provides creative activities, youth programmes, and social events for people of all ages. They run a busy centre offering classes, holiday clubs, and support for both young children and older adults, while also hosting inclusive community events throughout the year. The project has been granted £156,431 in new funding from The National Lottery and The National Lottery Community Fund which will allow them to offer specialised educational and skill development programmes for children and young people with additional support needs National Lottery players help raise £32 million every week for good causes across the UK - and projects like this are only possible because of you.

What an honour to return to my hometown Wolverhampton to surprise Diversity Community 1st with the news that they received £244,000 of #NationalLottery funding from @hertigagefunduk. They’re a local project that preserves the stories of the Windrush-generation through music, so this project was super close to my heart because as you know I’m a daughter of the Windrush generation and Wolverhampton has shaped so much of my artistry. Massive congrats to Wayne Blake and the amazing team, this funding will now help them continue with their incredible work supporting the Windrush generation and the wider community. It was amazing to be part of your special event! Thanks to National Lottery players, £30 million is raised every week for good causes throughout the UK. Brilliant projects like this c

This morning, we were on Twickenham’s doorstep celebrating the Women’s Rugby World Cup Final with National Lottery-funded @richmondrugby, a grassroots club at the heart of women and girls’ rugby. 💪 Richmond Women played their first international in 1986, and since then over 100 players have gone on to represent their country, showing just how far the game has come. With £170m of National Lottery funding invested in rugby, Richmond’s players are part of a legacy transforming the women’s game. 💪 We were joined by football legend @lucybronze and World Cup-winning @maggiealphonsi, alongside @englandrugby Deborah Griffin, @officialsportengland, Kate Peers and @worldrugby, Sarah Massey. None of this would be possible without National Lottery players. 💛❤️🖤 #ThanksToYou #RWC2025 #StrongBodiesS
