Still craving this Avocado Pistachio Lemon cake – who would like a slice? But I’m thanking my past self for making and freezing slices of this a few weeks ago. I’m also glad I didn’t devour my GreenSkin® GMax™ Avocados from GreenSkin and PurpleSkin Avocados in one sitting but added some to this cake. The buttery avocado flesh added some natural moisture to the cake and gave it a wonderful texture, just like friands! Peanut cookie bars👅 No-bake, easy & delicious! Save this post for the recipe and I highly recommend you make it for dessert😉 Cookie dough: 1/2 cup oat flour 1 cup almond flour or meal 1/4 cup coconut flour (or sub for almond or oat flour) 1/4 cup runny peanut butter (or other nut/seed butter) 1/4 cup rice malt syrup (or other liquid sweetener) 1/8 tsp salt 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips or chunks Chocolate topping: 80g vegan chocolate, melted I get all of the ingredients here at my local @thesourcesurryhills in bulk, so I always have it ready on hand to whip up a treat👅 1. Line a 5 x 5 inch shallow pan with baking paper for easy removal of the bars. 2. Add the flours, salt, peanut butter, vanilla and rice malt syrup to a high-speed blender and blend until it forms

When the @bbscfoundation_ reached out to me to help spread the word of their #EatWithAfrica campaign I couldn’t not say yes. The #BBSCF’s ‘Community Food Project’ provides over 4000 meals a month to children living in Ada, Ghana. Providing meals helps combat just ☝🏻 of the many reasons why Ghanaian children are unable to attend school. Often times a vast number of children are forced to provide for themselves and their families. Children shouldn’t have to sacrifice their education for essentials such as food. Lil cake pop cooking session this afternoon 🍥😋 I made these cake pops today for school tomorrow as one of our teachers said it wouldn't bother him if someone would bring a cake, so that's why I made up this recipe (I had to improvise cos we didn't had any plain flour at home, still I'm quite 😀with the result). And I guess it's hard for all of us to stay focused in the afternoons when having lessons or uni, hope this cake is gonna improve it 😉

Happy Monday! You might have seen this rice pudding in my stories already. It was such a delicious combination with nicecream and what I liked most was the fact that this black rice by @reishunger tasted really aromatic and delicious and it's very versatile. I cooked the whole package in water and a pinch of salt and afterwards I made a savory dish by adding a bit more salt to one part as well as this rice pudding by adding coconut milk to another part. . Recipe: Ingredients: Nicecream: 1/2 medium sweet potato (cooked) 1 frozen banana 1 cup frozen raspberries Ricepudding: 1/2 cup black rice @reishunger 3/4 cup of water 1/2 can coconut milk full fat Pinch of salt Instructions: In a pot combine the ingredients for the rice pudding. The Smoothie bowl porn goes on 💪🏽🤤 Made this nicecream heaven by simply mixing up 4 bananas with carob and a splash of almond milk - it's just as simple as that 🙈 . And I'm really trying to get into that video stuff, I've bought a camera for filming on the ho and I've spend hours getting into video cutting and all that, so I hope there'll be some more videos on my blog (or on YouTube maybe) soon 😅 I've been filming a porridge recipe yesterday, I hope I'll upload within this week . Has anyone had the problem that quality goes down when transferring the video to you phone? (I used drive, but still it was much worse than before) and has any tips for me? DM me 🙏🏻❤️

STICKY carrot cake quinoa porridge- coconut yogurt and acai layers 🤩 Thanks GOD for introducing this combi to me! I had this some days ago but as I was snacking on leftover quinoa-carrot porridge and coconut yogurt I am in heaven again! Soooo goood 😍 tastes like carrot cake with cream! I prepared my standard quinoa porridge recipe (last video in my feed) • 185g cooked quinoa • 250ml almond milk • @purya.superfoods inner light • stevia Boil and add as much inner light until it’s as sticky as you want it But while cooking I added one tspoon tumeric , + one rasped carrot inspired by my co- rabbit @clean_body_ and let it sit before layering it with coconut yogurt and leftover acai smoothie. 🥣🤪🤩 You have to try this!!!
