So you’re looking for Heepsy alternatives. Perhaps you’re an existing customer; maybe you’re currently using a different influencer marketing solution (or no solution at all).

Either way, you know there are a ton of options out there, and you want to choose the best one for your business.

You’re in the right place, because I’ve analyzed dozens of influencer tools to bring you a comprehensive list of the best Heepsy alternatives – including use cases, review scores, pricing, and how each platform compares to Heepsy.

Why consider Heepsy alternatives?

Heepsy is a solid platform.

While predominantly an influencer search tool, Heepsy does a bunch of other stuff, from outreach to media monitoring to influencer payments. It’s pretty user-friendly. It integrates with Shopify, making it a potential option for ecommerce brands. And it’s relatively affordable, with a forever-free plan and paid plans ranging from $69 – $299/month on an annual contract.

But no influencer marketing platform is perfect, and Heepsy certainly has some issues:

  • Small influencer database: Heepsy is sketchy about the size of its database, but in an old blog post, it mentions having “more than 11 million influencers”. Even if that number has doubled or tripled since, it’s still tiny compared to most platforms.
  • Limited geographic reach: Heepsy is based in Bilbao, Spain, and it’s pretty strong if you’re looking for influencers in its native market. But it’s far more limited across other locations.
  • Falls short for smaller influencers: Unless an influencer has 3,000+ followers, they can’t be added to “boards”, Heepsy’s system for managing influencer collaborations. This could be a problem if you want to work with smaller accounts, like affiliates or UGC creators.
  • Lack of functionality on low-end plans: Heepsy’s entry-level paid plan ($69+/month) lacks a lot of essential functionality, like audience and performance filters, or the ability to unlock influencer contact details. And only top-tier subscribers can use Heepsy’s lookalike search functionality.
  • Basic contact management: The lack of contact lifecycle features – like the ability to sort emails by pipeline stage – forces many users to rely on an external CRM.

All of which means plenty of people are in the market for Heepsy alternatives…

1. Modash

🥇 Best for: End-to-end influencer marketing for Shopify stores

🤔 What is it: Modash is a one-stop shop for Shopify influencer marketing, spanning influencer search, outreach, campaign tracking, payments, and more. Connect your Shopify store to Modash to create promo codes, streamline influencer product orders, and track clicks, redemptions, and campaign revenue.

🤼‍♂️ Modash vs Heepsy:

  • Influencer database: Modash lists every public social profile on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube with 1K+ followers – that’s over 350 million profiles 🤯 Which means our database is ~30X larger than Heepsy’s.

  • Influencer size: Heepsy only lets you collaborate with influencers who have 3,000+ followers, whereas Modash drops this threshold to 1,000+ followers.

  • Influencer marketing inbox: Heepsy lets you view basic details like follower count and engagement rate within your inbox. Modash goes further with at-a-glance access to social handles, previous collaborations, follower growth rate, custom notes, and more.

  • Campaign tracking: Heepsy only captures influencer content on Instagram, with a limit of just 20 tracked influencer profiles. Modash monitors content across up to 200 profiles on Insta, TikTok, and YouTube, all without forcing your influencer partners to sign up for anything – even if they forget to add the right tags, disclosures, or hashtags.

💵 Price: Modash offers a 14-day free trial. Paid plans start at $199/month (paid annually) or $299/month (paid monthly). 👉 Modash Plans and Pricing

🤝 Used by: Birkenstock, Bonprix, Victoria’s Secret, Mont Blanc, Sennheiser

✨ Review score: ★ 4.9/5 (Capterra), ★ 5/5 (Shopify App Store), ★ 4.9/5 (G2)

📣 Testimonial: “Modash is unmatched. Its huge data pool lets us quickly find thousands of creators with the right audience.” – Maris Niilus, Influencer Campaign Specialist at Trendhim

2. GRIN

🥇 Best for: Generalist influencer marketing

🤔 What is it: GRIN is an end-to-end influencer platform that aims to support brands in all niches and with any size of program, from first-timers to established, enterprise-grade influencer marketing. Use it to discover brand-fit creators, track live content, and handle payments.

🤼‍♂️ GRIN vs Heepsy:

  • Influencer database: GRIN’s database is way larger than Heepsy’s, with 190+ million influencer profiles across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Ecommerce integrations: GRIN has integrations with Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Shopify, and WooCommerce, while Heepsy only integrates with Shopify.
  • Minimum contract terms: Heepsy offers monthly contracts, whereas GRIN forces you to lock in for a full year.
  • Free trial: Whereas Heepsy has a solid forever-free plan, GRIN doesn’t offer any kind of free trial. This could be a little off-putting for some brands – especially given the 12-month minimum term.

💵 Price: GRIN doesn’t share pricing information, but Capterra quotes a starting price of $999/month. It doesn’t offer a free trial, either.

🤝 Used by: ColourPop, Skims, Vera Bradley

✨ Review score: ★ 4.5/5 (G2), ★ 4.7/5 (Capterra), ★ 6.2/10 (TrustPilot)

📣 Testimonial: “GRIN has allowed me to automate processes, saving me time, money, and allowing me to scale my influencer programs.” – Lydia Lee, Affiliates and Ambassadors at Nutpods

3. HypeAuditor

🥇 Best for: Finding influencers on Twitch and X/Twitter

🤔 What is it: HypeAuditor is an all-in-one influencer marketing solution. Unlike many similar tools, it allows brands to track down relevant influencers on Twitch and X/Twitter as well as the “usual” platforms – Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. HypeAuditor also supports influencer outreach, campaign tracking, and payments.

🤼‍♂️ HypeAuditor vs Heepsy:

  • Influencer search coverage: Heepsy lets you search for influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. HypeAuditor covers all those platforms, too, as well as supporting Twitch and X/Twitter.
  • Influencer database: With HypeAuditor, you can search from 206.4 million influencer profiles across five social platforms. We don’t know the exact size of Heepsy’s database, but it’s definitely a lot smaller.
  • Media monitoring: Both platforms automatically capture live influencer content, but neither excels here. Heepsy only offers media monitoring on Instagram (Reels, Stories, and posts). On the flip side, HypeAuditor covers Insta, TikTok, and YouTube – but can’t capture Stories.
  • Free plan: Heepsy has a free plan – albeit it’s limited to searching for influencers and only includes a handful of filters. HypeAuditor doesn’t have a free plan, or even a free trial, but it does offer a bunch of free influencer marketing resources.

💵 Price: HypeAuditor doesn’t have a free trial and doesn’t share pricing information – although G2 says it’s 32% more expensive than the average mid-market influencer marketing platform.

🤝 Used by: Dior, H&M, Philips

✨ Review score: ★ 4.6/5 (G2), ★ 4.3/5 (Product Hunt), ★ 4.8/5 (Capterra)

📣 Testimonial: “Using HypeAuditor, we’ve been able to expand our influencer marketing strategy, build relationships with proven influencers, and save time on reporting.” – Flora Macher, Influencer Relations Manager, Moon Magic

4. Upfluence

🥇 Best for: Ecommerce affiliate and influencer marketing

🤔 What is it: Upfluence is an all-round affiliate and influencer marketing platform. It’s a popular choice among ecommerce brands thanks to its native integrations with tools like Amazon, Klaviyo, and Shopify.

🤼‍♂️ Upfluence vs Heepsy:

  • Minimum contract term: Don’t want to be locked in? Heepsy offers rolling monthly contracts with no minimum term, whereas Upfluence only deals in contracts of 12+ months.
  • Learning curve: Although Upfluence is generally well-reviewed, some customers complain that it’s not the most user-friendly platform. Heepsy, on the other hand, is widely praised for its ease of use.
  • Range of platforms: With Upfluence, you can search for influencers across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitch, X/Twitter, YouTube, and even Wordpress. Heepsy’s search tools just cover the three main influencer platforms – Insta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Integrations: Upfluence has more native integrations than Heepsy, spanning social media management, ecommerce platforms, payment providers, and more.

💵 Price: Upfluence offers a free influencer analytics Chrome extension, but no free trial. Their website contains zero pricing information, but G2 lists one pricing edition at $478 per month.

🤝 Used by: Benefit, HelloFresh, Revolut

✨ Review score: ★ 4.6/5 (G2), ★ 4.2/5 (Trustpilot), ★ 4.3/5 (Capterra)

📣 Testimonial: “Upfluence has created ease in tracking sales, organizing, and managing our influencers.” – Megan Cody, Director of Brand Marketing & Creative, Branded

5. Shoutcart

🥇 Best for: Pay-per-post collabs

🤔 What is it: Shoutcart specializes in pay-per-post collaborations, allowing users to purchase one-off “shoutouts” from influencers and UGC creators on TikTok and YouTube. It also runs a gig marketplace for influencer marketing-adjacent services.

🤼‍♂️ Shoutcart vs Heepsy:

  • Platform coverage: Shoutcart only lists influencers on TikTok and YouTube, whereas Heepsy also covers Instagram.
  • Outreach channels: With Shoutcart, all influencer comms happens within the platform, while Heepsy supports email outreach.
  • Influencer collab types: Shoutcart specializes in a single collab type: one-off pay-per-post gigs. If that’s what you’re looking for, it’s a great fit – but Heepsy opens the door to a wider variety of influencer collabs.
  • Additional services: Shoutcart offers a Fiverr-style gig marketplace where you can hire influencers and freelancers for tasks across multiple categories, from social media management to graphic design. Heepsy has its own marketplace, but it’s only for finding influencer collaborations.

💵 Price: Shoutcart offers free access to its influencer marketplace, with the ability to unlock three usernames a month. Paid plans range from $49 – $99 per month (plus buying fees on the entry-level plan). Or get 50% off with an annual plan.

🤝 Used by: Adidas, The North Face, Skullcandy

✨ Review score: ★ 2.9/5 (Trustpilot)

📣 Testimonial: “Shoutcart helps us promote contests and giveaways of our product. We always receive great exposure and drum up lots of buzz.” – Santino LoConte, REIGN RETAIL

6. Traackr

🥇 Best for: Enterprise influencer marketing

🤔 What is it: Traackr is a full-service influencer marketing platform with tools spanning search and recruitment, campaign management, content tracking, and payments. With its sophisticated benchmarking data and premium price point, it’s predominantly used by enterprise-level brands.

🤼‍♂️ Traackr vs Heepsy:

  • Influencer database: Neither platform shouts about the size of its database, but as far as I can tell, Heepsy has 11+ million influencers. Traackr says it has 7+ million influencer profiles across 13 platforms and 50 countries.
  • Benchmarking: Traackr shares data and insights about top competitors for brands in five industries – beauty, personal care, fashion, spirits, and consumer electronics. Heepsy doesn’t offer this functionality.
  • Usability: Complexity is a common complaint among Traackr users, whereas Heepsy makes it pretty simple to pick up and get started.

💵 Price: Traackr offers four-week free trials on a case-by-case basis. Paid plans range from $25,000 – $55,000+ per year.

🤝 Used by: Lacoste, L’Oreal, Samsung

✨ Review score: ★ 4.3/5 (G2), ★ 4.6/5 (Capterra), ★ 7.7/10 (TrustRadius)

📣 Testimonial: “Traackr is our partner of choice because their tools give us the capability to take a more strategic approach when developing our influencer programs.” – Erin Kelly, Director of Integrated Communications and Influencer Engagement at Shiseido

7. CreatorIQ

🥇 Best for: AI-driven influencer recruitment for global brands

🤔 What is it: CreatorIQ is an enterprise-grade influencer marketing solution with a smart, AI-based influencer search feature. It’s an end-to-end tool supporting influencer recruitment, content tracking, payments, and more.

🤼‍♂️ CreatorIQ vs Heepsy:

  • Influencer database: Neither platform has the largest pool of influencers, but CreatorIQ comes out on top here with ~20 million profiles (compared to 11+ million on Heepsy).
  • AI functionality: CreatorIQ features AI-powered influencer search and recommendations. So, for instance, you can ask it to find “beauty creators in LA with US-based audiences” then scan the results. With Heepsy, you can only search by category or keyword.
  • Benchmarking: With CreatorIQ, you can compare your brand’s online performance against your top competitors over time and by region. Heepsy doesn’t do benchmarking.
  • Target audience: Realistically, Heepsy and CreatorIQ are built for different audiences. Heepsy is a solid choice for smaller brands (including startups and D2Cs), whereas CreatorIQ is an enterprise-grade tool with a price tag to match.

💵 Price: CreatorIQ doesn’t publish pricing information or offer a free trial. However, Capterra quotes a price of $36,000 per year for their Basic plan.

🤝 Used by: CVS, Nestle, Unilever

✨ Review score: ★ 4.7/5 (Cuspera), ★ 4.6/5 (G2), ★ 4.4/5 (Capterra)

📣 Testimonial: “CreatorIQ is the only way we can accelerate leveraging the power of creators in a manner which is safe, sound, and that we can track properly.” – Aude Gandon, CMO at Nestle

8. Later Influence

🥇 Best for: Full-funnel influencer marketing with optional managed services

🤔 What is it: Later Influence – formerly Mavrck – is a dedicated influencer marketing tool owned by social media management platform Later. As well as its self-serve offering, Later Influence offers a full-service managed influencer marketing solution.

🤼‍♂️ Later Influence vs Heepsy:

  • Managed service: Heepsy is purely a self-serve platform, whereas Later Influence also offers an agency-style solution where they build and manage an influencer program for you.
  • Content tracking: Later Influence automatically captures live influencer content on Instagram and TikTok, whereas Heepsy only tracks Instagram content.
  • Platform coverage: With Later Influence, you can search for influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and X/Twitter. Heepsy only covers the “big three” influencer platforms (Insta, TikTok, and YouTube).

💵 Price: Later Influence doesn’t offer a free trial and doesn’t publish pricing information 🤷

🤝 Used by: American Girl, GoPro, Pottery Barn

✨ Review score: ★ 4.5/5 (G2), ★ 4.6/5 (Capterra), ★ 8.2/10 (TrustRadius)

📣 Testimonial: “Later Influence is a really easy, seamless, and cost-efficient way for us to get not only lots of content but good content.” – Leah Hydzik, Social Media Marketing Manager at American Greetings

9. Influence.co

🥇 Best for: Amazon influencer marketing

🤔 What is it: Influence.co is like LinkedIn for influencer marketing. Influencers submit their own profile to get listed on the platform, then brands can sign up to browse the results. Unlike most influencer marketing platforms, Influence.co also allows you to search for influencers on Amazon.

🤼‍♂️ Influence.co vs Heepsy:

  • Amazon influencer marketing: Influence.co offers tools to collaborate with influencers on Amazon, the world’s biggest ecommerce marketplace. Heepsy only features social media influencers – although some of them will likely have Amazon storefronts too.
  • Database size: Rather than crawling social media platforms to find active influencers, Influence.co requires influencers to submit their own profiles. As such, it has a comparatively small pool of 170,000+ influencers (vs Heepsy’s 11+ million profiles).
  • Influencer search: Search results on Influence.co are based on criteria provided by the influencer in a self-created resume, whereas Heepsy’s are drawn from live social media data.

💵 Price: Influence offers a free-for-life business plan with basic influencer search and messaging tools. Its paid business plan costs $600 per month.

🤝 Used by: Casper, Dyson, Forever 21

✨ Review score: ★ 4.5/5 (Capterra), ★ 4.4/5 (G2)

📣 Testimonial: “The slick interface makes it super easy to set up a campaign and engage with high quality influencers.” – Ashley Fox, Marketing Director at Rokwolf

10. #paid

🥇 Best for: Influencer lifestyle collaborations

🤔 What is it: Like Influence.co, #paid is an opt-in influencer marketing network, so influencers have to apply to be listed. It offers all the usual recruitment and measurement tools, plus an interesting search feature that matches brands with influencers based on lifestyle events.

🤼‍♂️ #paid vs Heepsy:

  • Lifestyle data: With #paid, you can collaborate with influencers based on lifestyle data – like an upcoming wedding, a new car purchase, or a pregnancy announcement. You can’t do that on Heepsy (although it does offer 30+ other search filters).
  • Influencer network: #paid is an opt-in network – so it only features influencers who’ve applied to the platform. It’s hard to know exactly how many profiles they’ve got, but I’ve found numbers ranging from 10,000 – 30,000+. Either way, it’s a lot smaller than Heepsy’s 11-million-strong database.
  • Strategic support: Every time you run a campaign through #paid, you can access support from the platform’s in-house team on targeting, selection, creative, and timings. Heepsy is entirely self-service – although it offers chat-based support on all paid plans.

💵 Price: #paid doesn’t offer a free trial. You won’t find any pricing information on the #paid website – but both GetApp and TrustRadius state that prices range from $499 – $999 per month. GetApp also lists an enterprise-level plan priced at $2,499 per month.

🤝 Used by: H&M, Johnson & Johnson, Philips

✨ Review score: ★ 4.7/5 (G2), ★ 4.6/5 (Capterra)

📣 Testimonial: “Easy to use and launch multiple campaigns quickly.” – Jackie C, small business marketer
