A little PSA in case you didn’t know: healthy doesn’t have a look !!! ❤️🩹📣 I grew up thinking “thinner = healthier” but now I’m older and ED recovered, I know that this wasn’t the case for me. I’m healthier now that I’m heavier, a bigger size, have more fat on me, and curvier :) This is MY healthiest body (and mind) 🧠❤️🩹 We can see people online and in person, and sometimes make our own deductions (judgements!) about their health - when in reality we have no idea!! We have no idea what healthy looks like for THEM! So let’s give each other some grace and remember that: 1) healthy doesn’t have a look, a body type, a weight or a size 2) someone else’s health is really none of our business!
