Lad os lige starte med at slå fast at Lena og jeg elsker hinanden og ja vi skal giftes og det skal vi til sommer, det er noget vi begge glæder os rigtig meget til! ❤️ Vi har været sammen i 10 år nærmest uden et eneste skænderi og med en hverdag fyldt med kærlighed til hinanden og vores børn. Når det er sagt, er det heller ingen hemmelighed at det sidste halve års tid har været udfordrende for os som par og som forældre. Vi har skulle genfinde vores fokus og huske hinanden på kærligheden, nærværet og parforholdet når vi blev indhentet af hverdagen og hamsterhjulet. I efteråret/vinteren måtte jeg (Mads) trække stikket i et par uger fordi jeg fik stress. Når jeg ser tilbage på de optagelse som bliver vist i TV de næste par uger, kan jeg ikke genkende den glade, kærlige og udadvendte Mads, som jeg plejer at være. Både Lena og jeg er enige om, at det er en direkte konsekvens af at jeg har kørt i et alt for højt gear, alt for længe og nok har været presset, længe før jeg ville indse det. Det er ingen undskyldning, man skal under alle omstændigheder behandle hinanden ordentligt, men jeg indrømmer at mit fokus og mine prioriteter har været forkerte det sidste halve års tid. Derfor har jeg også været igennem et coaching forløb som har hjulpet mig rigtig meget og vi er begge enige om at vi er på rette vej og at vi helt sikkert er kommet og kommer styrket ud af det sidste halve års udfordringer. We grow up in a system that teaches there’s only one way to live a safe, stable and happy life. But who decided that? And why do we keep believing it to be true? Society just wants us to follow the rules, fit into the mold, and do what we’re told 🫡 And for most of our lives we believed that to be true, and that it was the only option for not only ourselves but also our future kids. But we stopped believing in that as we grew older and realised there was in fact other ways to live life and raise kids without compromising on safety, stability or happiness. We decided to go our own way, to be rebellious, and not fit into a system that, honestly, is super broken ⛓️‍💥So obviously not a system we want our daughter to grow up in.
