I’m learning more and more that the next level isn’t just about working harder. It’s about WHO you’re building with. The right people change everything. People who challenge you. People who are better than you in their lane. People who don’t need their hand held. People who see the vision before everybody else sees it. And most importantly…people who actually care about what you’re building together. There are some conversations happening right now that I can’t really talk about yet. Some new relationships. Some new collaborations. Some serious people coming together around some serious ideas. And I’m excited about what it could become. But what excites me even more is realizing that everything we’ve been building up to this point has prepared us for it. The proof is in the growth. Better work. Bigger opportunities. Stronger relationships. A stronger team. I’m not interested in just being busy anymore. I want to build something special…with the right people. And I think we’re getting really close.
