  3. August was definitely a month of grounding and going back to basics. From family , to my mom moving, to creating a brand, to navigating the balance of raising a teenager, to teaching as a reformer pilates instructor, and even hosting my women’s event Her Circle (with part two on the way) 💗💗 this month has been filled with soul, earth, community, and feminine growth. It also reminded me to slow down and not to rush! With so many projects happening now and so many more on the way, balance is everything. I’ve learned to always return to myself, to my center, to my roots, and to water them. And just as importantly, to water the people and projects I want to see grow. Because true growth comes not just from doing, but from nurturing and giving visibility, value, and energy to the things and people that support and believe in you. I’m so excited for what’s coming, but I always remind myself to stay present and honor each chapter. I’m happy, grounded, and grateful, knowing that this is exactly where I’m meant to be right now. I’m enjoying this season of my life while planning and preparing for the next.🙏🏻✨ Here’s to August🌻🌺🌸 Thank you for the lessons, the grounding, and the growth.
