The bowl is preheated on a stove top until ripping hot, then the inside is brushed with sesame oil and filled with rice (Bap) and mixed veg + meat (Bibim). It is then topped with spicy Bibimbap sauce, everything is mixed together, and the rice on the bottom of the Dolsot should form a crispy layer ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค . . I first heard of (and tried) this dish dining at @yorokobi_cj in Aberdeen, and then again at @bibimbapgla in Glasgow- (which is definitely one of my favourite Glasgow restaurants...) ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค . .
