Riesling is crisp and has lively acidity, making it the perfect balance for a rich and creamy cheese like brie and buttery puff pastry but it also pairs great with spicy food! This little app is great for the holidays because they are delicious, gorgeous and easy to make ahead. You can bake the puff pastry bites a day in advance and store in an airtight container at room temp. The cranberry hot honey can also be made ahead and when your guests arrive, assemble and give it the final bake. Happy Hour featuring Oysters Rockefeller and @chateaustemichelle Light Sauvy B 🦪 We are stepping up our happy hour club with two of my all-time favorite iconic pairings - white wine and seafood. This light wine is great because it’s low cal and zero sugar while still having that iconic, light and flavorful Sauvy B appeal. Recipe Below! Ingredients: - 8 shucked oysters of choice - 1/3 cup melted butter - 2 thinly slices garlic cloves - 1/2 lemon, juiced - 1/2 lemon zested - 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley - 1/2 cup parm - 1/3 cup bread crumbs - splash of Chateau Ste Michelle for good luck - good pinch of flakey salt - Combine all ingredients minus the oysters in a bowl and mix - add in 1 tbsp per oyster - bake for 8 minutes at 400F - Broil for 2-4 minutes until the tops are golden and bubbli
