@paletasmorelia opened in @smokyhollowraleigh back in April and it’s already the best paleteria in the Triangle. I said it! With plenty of vegan and GF, options, there’s something for everyone. You get to choose from over 16 flavors of paletas made with natural ingredients, and you either eat them as is, or get creative with dips, drizzles, and toppings. I mean, you can get it covered in toasted marshmallow or have a fresh waffle wrapped around it. I went back to try a few of their new seasonal flavors, the tropical fruit sorbet (vegan), the chocolate fudgey brownie with toasted marshmallow cream and chocolate drizzle, and the I tried the Dulce de Leche which has a liquid filling. @paletasmorelia recently open an Orlando location and I am absolutely obsessed! Ad I’ve been a fan since their Miami location and am so impressed with their huge variety of paletas and toppings. The paletas are super high quality and so creamy. They also have a great vegan options and stuffed options as well as ice cream sandwiches, s’mores, and waffle burritos. There are literally thousands of ways to customize the paletas and it leads to your perfect flavor experience everytime. I genuinely loved all the ones I tried but my two favorites were the strawberry cheesecake waffle burrito with chocolate and the pistachio with nutty chocolate, pistachios, and chocolate drizzle. I’ve had so many paletas in my day but I’ve never had one wrapped in a fresh warm waffle before. What a fun treat! You might have seen it in my stories a few days ago but I really loved my lime sorbet paleta, drizzled in condense milk, and sprinkled with spicy sugar.
