Does this juicy pork tenderloin deserve a place on a roast dinner? Of course it does. Why not use a lean pork tenderloin for a roast dinner? It’s full of flavour, quick and easy to cook and with very little fat. This @musclefooduk pork tenderloin is given a little trim and a truss (just because it helps to hold the shape), before being lightly oiled and seasoned with salt and pepper Sear in a hot frying pan with a little oil and butter (butter is optional), once all sides are seared transfer to a wire rack and place in a 180C oven and cook until you reach an internal temperature of 63C. This tasty one pan stew/curry is easy to make and packed with flavour Serves 4-6 • 800g @musclefooduk diced beef • 1 tbsp minced ginger • 1 tbsp minced garlic • 1 medium onion sliced • 2-3 red chilli’s • 100ml light soy sauce • 400ml beef stock • 50g brown sugar • 1 tbsp honey • 2 tbsp sesame oil • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar • 3 tbsp Gochujang (2 added at the start and 1 stirred in for the last hour) • 200g green beans added for the last hour • 100g edamame beans added for the last hour • 2 tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water added for the last hour if the sauce needs thickening Garnish • 1 tbsp sesame seeds • sliced spring onions Method: • Add all the ingredients to the pan and mix and cook for 5-6hrs at 130c, remove the lid for the last hour and simmer on the hob, adding the extra Gochu

This is such a simple recipe, but utterly delicious. It’s quick and easy and can be made by anybody. Afterall who doesn’t love spaghetti and meatballs. For the meatballs 350g of @musclefooduk pork sausage meat 1 tbsp of dried oregano 1/2 tsp of garlic powder 1 tbsp of fine bread breadcrumbs 1/4 tsp of baking soda (this is optional but will make your meatballs lighter and less dense) S&P to taste Mix well and shape into balls, then place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before cooking and they will firm up For the sauce 2 tbsp olive oil Half a diced onion One diced and deseeded (optional) chilli 2 tablespoons of dried oregano One tin of chopped tomatoes S&P to taste Start by gently frying the onions and chilli for 2 to 3 minutes before adding the oregano Cook for a further minute befor

It’s almost Christmas, time to indulge in some luxurious foods with the family @musclefooduk beef topside roasting joint is perfect for a family of four to six. Serve medium rare and as part of a Christmas dinner platter, it makes a fantastic centrepiece, and don’t forget the Musclefoods pigs in blankets! To start sear the beef in a hot pan and allow to cool.
