Combine the brown sugar, sugar, baking soda, and flour in a large bowl. 2. In a different bowl, combine 1 cup mashed North Carolina sweetpotatoes, eggs, butter, vanilla, and nuts. 3. Pour the wet bowl into the dry bowl. Mix. The dough will be pretty thin. 4. Scoop about a tablespoon of dough in a ball onto parchment paper on a tray
