PB&J OAT BITES — recipe below 👇🏼 INGREDIENTS: (makes 9) •1/2 cup Quaker quick oats •1/4 cup peanut butter •1 tbsp honey •2 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries, crushed •1 scoop protein powder (optional) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. 2. Mix, adding 1 tbsp of water as needed, until the dough holds together well. 3. Roll or scoop into balls and refrigerate until set. NUTRITION: Per 1: 82 calories | 4g fat | 8g carbs | 4g protein | 1.5g fiber
