#AD High Fiber Banana Oat Bars 🍌 Ingredients • ½ cup quaker quick oats • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed • ½ banana • Sprinkle of cinnamon • Sprinkle of baking powder • 1 tbsp peanut butter • 1 tsp honey • Optional: chocolate chips or chopped nuts Instructions Mash the banana in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Flatten into one large round or two smaller rounds. Air fryer: 350°F for 5–8 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
