Follow for more! • Crispy Chicken Teriyaki Sushi Roll Ingredients * 3-4 Real Good Foods chicken nuggets * 1 cup cooked sushi rice * 1 nori sheet * ¼ avocado, sliced * ¼ cucumber, julienned * 1–2 tbsp teriyaki sauce * 1-2 tbsp spicy mayo * Optional: sesame seeds, green onion Instructions 1. Air fry the chicken nuggets at 400°F for 10–12 minutes until crispy. 2. Place a sheet of nori on a flat surface and spread an even layer of sushi rice on top. Season if desired. 3. Add the crispy chicken, cucumber, and avocado in a line across the center. 4. Drizzle teriyaki sauce and spicy mayo over the fillings. 5. Roll tightly, then slice into pieces. 6.
