  2. 🍰🌱GERMKNÖDEL Style- CHEESECAKE Du brauchst: Für den Boden: -30gr Dinkel Vollkornmehl -15gr veganes ungesüßtes Vanille Protein -5gr gemahlene Leinsamen -20gr Mandelmus -15gr gemahlener Mohn -1/2Tl Backpulver -20gr Erythrit -65ml Wasser Für die Cheesecake Masse: -170gr Sojaskyr -1/2 Tl gemahlene Vanille -1Spritzer ( 10ml) Zitronensaft -25gr Pudererythrit -2Tl Stärke -20gr Pflaumenmus Für die Vanillesauce: -100ml Vanille Sojasauce -30gr Sojaskyr -1Prise zuckerfreie Vanillesüße So gehts: ➡️vermenge alle Zutaten für den Boden und belege deine eingefettete oder mit Backpapier ausgelegte Backform bis zum Rand damit. ➡️vermenge dann mit einem Schneebesen alle Zutaten für die Cheesecake Masse (bis auf das Pflaumenmus) und fülle die Masse zu dem Boden in die Backform. ➡️gib dann das Pflaumenmus löffelweise dazu und swirle es mit einer Gabel etwas hinein. ➡️backe ihn dann bei 180Grad für 30Minuten. ➡️lass ihn mind. 3 Stunden auskühlen ( im Idealfall über Nacht) und vermenge die Zutaten für die Vanillesauce mit einem Schneebesen und gieße sie darüber. ➡️on top noch etwas gemahlener Mohn und Gönn dir!!!! You really have it all you wanted back then… well, almost. You live in a wonderful apartment in the best city in the world. You have a wonderful husband who is also your soulmate and business partner. You have a little son whom you love to the moon and back. You work in finance in your own company, just as you dreamed. You help others through education, and you can travel the world whenever you want. You are truly happy. But I am also here to tell you that sometimes you are sad..and that’s okay. You just forgot a few little things on your vision board back when you were 15. You forgot those delicious breakfasts your mom used to cook for you before school (now you get them only a couple of times a year). You forgot the cinema visits with your dad and the long conversations afterward (you haven’t seen your dad for more than three years now). You forgot those nights when you stayed up just to read one more page of that fantasy book, and the other nights when you danced until you couldn’t walk anymore. You will miss your friends from back then—how carefree and curious you were, and how many dreams lay ahead of you. You still have dreams, but now they feel more like plans, because you carry so many responsibilities: for your son, for your family, for your business. And sometimes, you just want to be that little girl again, enjoying life with wide-open eyes. So for the next 15 years at least, I wish you and me more moments like these: moments when you can forget the world for a while and feel like a child again. Wishing you love and many kisses 🫶

Und hier das Rezept für Sacheraugen: Teig: 250g zimmerwarme Butter 100g Zucker 1Ei, Zimmertemperatur 1 Prise Salz 50g Backkakao 300g Mehl Füllung: 300g fein passierte Marillenmarmelade, erwärmt Verzierung 100g geschmolzene dunkle Kuvertüre 50g Schokostreusel Butter, Zucker und das Ei mit dem K Knethaken von Kenwood cremig schlagen. Mehl, Backkakao und die Prise Salz dazu sieben und zu einem glatten Teig verarbeiten. Aus dem Teig Teelöffel große Portionen stechen und zu Kugeln rollen. Mit einem Kochlöffel eine Mulde in jede Kugel drücken und für 10 Minuten bei 180°C backen. This image makes a very dramatic appearance because of the high contrast and on how I set the light here in my frame. (I used artificial light) It highlights the liquid in my cup and the pour itself and the main hero- the crepes, perfectly. The dried grass stand in front of the light source. The backlight let’s appear them very dark and as almost black . I make myself part of the story . I’m the background. The cook that finish his dish with the vanilla cream pour.
