  3. Depuis mon retour, plusieurs m’ont demandé pourquoi je porte souvent des hauts qui laissent voir mon “underboob”. La vérité, c’est que j’ai des cicatrices au niveau du torse suite à un grave accident de motoneige il y a 8 ans. Encore aujourd’hui, elles sont sensibles au soleil… ce qui fait que plusieurs types de maillots ne sont plus vraiment une option pour moi. La manière plus conventionnelle pour les filles de se sentir sexy, c’est d’avoir un décolleté, mais pour moi, ce n’est plus vraiment possible. Ma façon de me sentir bien, de me sentir femme, c’est simplement celle-là. Ce n’est pas pour attirer l’attention, c’est ce qui me permet de me sentir confortable dans mon corps, tel qu’il est aujourd’hui. Pendant longtemps, j’ai eu de la difficulté à accepter ces marques. Elles me rappellent un moment qui a changé beaucoup de choses pour moi. Mais avec le temps, j’ai appris à les voir autrement… comme une preuve de ce que j’ai traversé. Je comprends que ça puisse surprendre ou sembler différent, et c’est correct. On remarque tous ce qui sort de l’ordinaire… mais derrière ce qu’on voit, il y a parfois une histoire qu’on ne soupçonne pas.   3. THE BAILLIE HAUS 🏡🤍 The Back Story: Shawn and I have been together for 18 years. We both grew up in St.Albert and ever since I can remember even before we got married, our goal was always to be in Sturgeon and to raise our family out there…we didn’t know exactly what that would look like, but it was the goal. We loved the peacefulness of Sturgeon county while being so close to St Albert. In Feb 2021 we were presented from a dear friend with an opportunity & bought the land from @cantirocommunities in Riversgate— a perfect large pie-shaped lot on a cul-de-sac. At that time we could not afford the house that we knew we wanted to build… so we waited & simultaneously our hearts weighted to grow a family. In December of 2021 we found out we were pregnant with Grant after 5 years of infertility. I literally cry thinking about this because God has been so good to us and his timing is perfect. 🩵 With our little family and another boy on the way, we are finally ready & we made the decision to also build this house on our own / together. With what we both do for a living… it ended up being something we really wanted to do and experience together. This is a home we prayed so diligently for, a place we promised each other that love will ALWAYS live. A home where our boys will grow, learn, and laugh—where their tiny feet will turn into fast little footsteps, chasing each other around the yard with Brodie & Bauer. A place where their friends know they’re always welcome. Our kitchen will be filled with laughter, so many hugs, dance parties, warmth of family, home-cooked meals, and endless memories around the island. Family games played at the dining room table, rosé-filled girls’ nights on the patio, and epic nights for SB in his man cave. It’s where Christmas, holidays, birthdays will be celebrated, and ordinary days will become the moments we cherish most. And of course, there will be golf and hockey—SO MUCH golf and hockey. My kids wanted chicken parmesan… so I made this instead 👀 Ingredients (Makes 6 tacos) • 1 lb ground chicken • 1 egg • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese • 1–2 tsp Italian seasoning • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp salt • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs • 6 small flour tortillas • 1 cup marinara sauce • 1 cup mini mozzarella (or shredded mozzarella) • Fresh arugula • Fresh basil, chopped • Extra parmesan for topping • Olive oil spray or drizzle for pan Instructions 1. Season the chicken In a bowl, mix ground chicken, egg, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt until fully combined. 2. Smash onto tortillas Divide mixture into 6 portions. Press a thin, even layer of chicken directly onto one side of each tortilla. 3. Add the crunch Lightly press the chicken side into panko breadcrumbs so they stick. 4. Crisp it up Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly oil it. Place tortilla chicken-side down and cook 4–5 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until tortilla is golden. 5. Add sauce + cheese Spoon marinara over the cooked chicken side, sprinkle mozzarella on top. 6.
