Absolutely. Iโ€™m doing this for a reason. Itโ€™s meant to trigger people. I talk a lot about the things I included in the video in my other content more in depth. A little explanation for whatโ€™s included in the video ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป Highly processed foods made with artificial sweeteners, plant based alternatives, excessive low calorie diets, seed oils, and many more food products are doing a lot more harm than good. Eat whole real food. Tap water is filled with endocrine disruptors, fluoride, & other toxins. This isnโ€™t hydration. Opt for remineralized filtered water. Blue light at night is disrupting your circadian rhythm which affects part of your health. (A lot on this topic I donโ€™t have room to explain) Pre workouts, energy drinks, & many supplements are full of sh*t, or are overpriced and unnecessary. Most kitchen supplies are toxic! Opt for glass containers, cast iron or stainless steel pans, wood cutting boards & utensils etc. Self care products are almost always filled with toxins as well. There are so many natural alternatives!! You can diy most of it. Excessive cardio, shoes that do not actually support our feet, & tight, synthetic polyester clothes are also but doing us any good. When us girls workout too hard all the time this can potentially cause hormonal issues! And last excessive nnEMF exposure. Wired headphones and having your phone on airplane mode is best. This is a hard one as we live in a world absolutely filled with nnEMFs, but some improvement is better than none!

The melting cream blush for me is quite sheer and I feel adds more of a light pop of color while letting your skin shine through. Looks very natural and is buildable. The staying power isnโ€™t quite the same as the liquid blush but setting it with a powder will help increase your wear time. Shade - Nearly Neutral The liquid blush is very pigmented! You really only need one dot. Blends beautifully with the skin for a natural and radiant finish that doesnโ€™t make your skin look dry (I have the radiant finish version, not the matte). Shade - Encourage I really do enjoy both blushes. The melting cream blush I gravitate towards for more of a casual/everyday/no makeup makeup look but the same can be accomplished with the liquid blush. I love the pigment of the liquid blush and since you need such a small amount it will last you for quite a while!
