  1. Kad bi “što jedem u danu videi” bili istiniti i kad bismo otvoreno pričali o svojim dijetama, puno bi njih izgledalo ovako. Ovako izgleda tipičan dan prehrane u začaranom krugu dijeta i prejedanja. Ono što često mislimo da je zdrava dijeta ili plan da jedemo zdravije iz najbolje namjere prema sebi, često nesvjesno preraste u začarani krug dijeta i prejedanja i sve veću fiksaciju na hranu i tijelo. Ovakve misli i ponašanja iz videa nisu zdravi, pogotovo ako trošimo na njih velik dio dana i dolaze uz krivnju, sram i strah. Život s ovakvim mislima je težak i one su odraz nezdravog odnosa s hranom (nije sramota, slabost ni neuspjeh priznati si da si to ti i da se ovako osjećaš – za to je potrebna velika doza svijesti, snage i hrabrosti.) Ovakvih se misli i ponašanja možeš riješiti samo ako odustaneš od kontrole hrane. Strašno je pustiti kontrolu, znam, jer primamljivo je vjerovati u iluziju da nam kontrola hrane može ispuniti mnoge naše želje. Ali za mnoge ljude, pa tako i mene nekad, odluka da prestanem kontrolirati hranu i usredotočim se na aktivan rad popravljanja odnosa s hranom i tijelom bila je najbolja i najzdravija odluka u području prehrane koju sam mogla donijeti. Jer što može biti zdravije od puta koji će te osloboditi opsjednutosti hranom i stalne krivnje i nezadovoljstva sobom? Kad otpustimo kontrolu onda napokon možemo naučiti jesti normalno, zdravo, opušteno, sa zdravim mislima i ugodom. Ako ne znaš kako započeti i nemaš pojma kako to više izgleda „jesti normalno“, saznaj više klikom na opisu profila kako ti ja u tome mogu pomoći kroz strukturiranu i individualiziranu podršku.
