  1. ✨Crispy Air fry chips✨ Did you know you can make the crispiest air fried chips using leftover mash potatoes, yes just add a few ingredients and you have the best chips ever, here’s how Leftover mash potatoes 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons cornflour All purpose seasoning 30g grated Parmesan Mix all the ingredients together and roll onto some parchment paper then pop in your fridge for about an hour preferably overnight, take out and cut into strips, and pre heated my air fryer for 4 mins then I placed into my air fryer basket sprayed with low cal oil and cooked for 15 mins then gently turned them over and cooked for a further 15 mins and that’s it, I’ll be making sure I’ve always got left over mash everytime now, plus if you freeze them for an hour and pop into a zip lock bag and store in the freezer you can have them anytime you want just cook from frozen Happy Saturday everyone Love Han xx #chips #homemadechips #fries #crispyfries #leftovers

  3. ✨KFC chip seasoning✨ This KFC style seasoning is one of the easiest seasonings to make and tastes spot on, and this will make enough to last you for a while! Sprinkle it on your fries, your chicken anything you want because it’s super tasty and all you do is put everything into a jar and shake to mix all the ingredients and that’s it! And before I’m told salt isn’t good for you…Aromat or season all isn’t either but we all use it in moderation!   1. The hardest thing I’ll ever share! Because yes I am embarrassed, sad and angry that I let myself get to this level of self hatred, sadness, anger and size! Totally abusing my body with food, constantly punishing myself for being unhealthy by being even worse!! It’s a vicious cycle and so many can resonate with that! Yes I took a different route for weight loss one which many don’t agree with, but it wasn’t for lack of trying it all, and mentally I just couldn’t do it any longer. Feels so surreal to announce that Bahay are stepping into Kaldero on St Stephen’s Green & taking over the space to bring the first Irish-Filipino fully fledged restaurant, under the sole creative and culinary direction of @riggzcastillo, with @axel_z supporting him in bringing his vision for the space & buzz of Kaldero to life.   1. LOVE THESE BARS the recipe I consistently make again & again!!! Hope you love them too. Recipe 👇🏻 300g oats 300g dried dates 12 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk 3 tbsp. cacao powder big pinch of salt 1 tsp. vanilla 80g Dark Chocolate choc melted Method In a food processor blend the oats into a flour, add the dried dated and blend until the dates are broken into tiny pieces almost not visible (the mix will have turned to a brownish flour colour). Add the cacao powder, almond milk salt and vanilla and blend into a thick heavy dough. Spoon the mix into a lined bread tin and smooth out over the top. Drizzle over with the melted chocolate. Place in the freezer (15-20 minutes) or fridge for 45 minutes to set. Tip when cutting into bars, heat the knifes so it slides through the hardened chocolate without cracking it. #naturalbornfeeder #veganenergybars
