Pakai singlet, tight ketat? Memenuhi syarat sah solat, makruh je la. Of course kene tutup aurat. Tak suka tight panjang? Boleh potong je atau cari yang 3/4. Qiblat? Boleh la cari pakai Qiblat Finder atau apa-app dan widget atau buka compas cari arah 292 darjah (Selangor, KL, N9) Wudu? Amik siap2. Takkan nak tahan berjam-jam? Boleh je kalau dah selalu train. Saya train jaga wudu semasa long run, amik siap2 3:30am sebelum keluar rumah. Jaga batas. Time masuk azan je, terus la brenti solat dimana-mana. Tak kentut ke? Kalau dah biasa disiplin jaga makan malam sebelum race / long run, mudah je. Tapi saya bawa juga la air wudu sebagai standby. Kejar masa? Ya sama macam diatas. Pelihara wudu, dan kasut anda. Masuk azan je, terus pull over, cari qiblat, check tempat solat dan tapak kasut bebas dari najis, then terus je solat. Tak lama pun. Tapi paling mudah adalah pilih la time FO yang sesuai. Antara motivasi saya juga utk cepat habiskan larian adalah untuk Subuh selepas tamat larian. Ya apa saya kongsikan ni bukanlah solat yang cantik sempurna tapi cukup as bare minumim, lepas syarat sah solat. Mudah je kan? So jom tunaikan kewajipan. (Lama nak post tapi tak pernah post. Harap tiada kecaman, hanya untuk sampaikan begitu mudah utk kita jaga solat ๐Ÿ˜) Koleksi gamba-gamba yg diambil oleh Madame dan Irdina tanpa disuruh.
