  1. What do Trump, Putin, Netanyahu, Hitler and Mussolini have in common? They were all boys who were never truly held. Men raised without tenderness. Men raised in homes where love was absent, or conditional. Where strength was mistaken for control. Where power was the only way to survive. Trump was taught by a father who punished weakness. Putin lost his siblings and grew up in post-war starvation. Netanyahu’s upbringing was rooted in militant nationalism and historical grievance. Hitler was abused. Mussolini neglected. None of these men were raised on maternal care. They were raised on hierarchy, fear, pride, and pain. And now, they lead—or have led—with the same tools they were shaped by: Punishment. Power. Projection. Paranoia. Fueling wars in Gaza, Ukraine, Congo, and beyond. Sending bombs to Iran. Destroying lives for the sake of ego. These are not leaders. They are wounded children with armies. What the world needs now is not more conquest. It is maternal consciousness. The kind of wisdom that Indigenous communities have safeguarded for generations: To protect life. To listen to the Earth. To hold one another through grief instead of turning it into rage. The future does not belong to unmothered men with missiles. It belongs to those who carry the codes of care, connection, and responsibility. Because world peace will never be built through domination. It will be built through remembering what it means to be loved. And we must look to Indigenous mothers and matriarchs for that path—before it’s too late. In June 2025, Trump dropped bombs in Iran. Making the world even more unsafe. Hurting children, women, innocent civilians. Now is the time to speak up. It is time to disarm fragile men with big egos and little empathy.

  2. Let’s say it clearly: Women are not meant to fit into an economic structure built for machines. That’s why motherhood provokes — it exposes how fragile the model really is. That women are welcome to reproduce — as long as they don’t require anything in return. But the moment we rest? The moment we care for our body? We’re labeled lazy. Weak. Expensive. Self care — real self care — is essential for a mother to be able to take care of her offspring. We are the result of a culture that values excessive stress instead of real rest. And then we shame people for becoming ill. The shadow sides of our welfare system is that it doesn’t trust the people that depends on it. And especially not women. I almost didn’t write this. Speaking up about motherhood in Norway feels like shouting into a void. The knowledge is there. The research exists. Motherhood Studies has for decades shown the cultural, social, and political importance of mothers. Yet few listen — especially those in power. Still, here I am. But this time, I want the world to understand that even the most privileged country in the world has a long way ahead until they are truly equal. Equality is not just about equal pay — it’s also about a cultural value of the labor we do with our whole body. Norway is a beautiful country. But even here — in one of the world’s most privileged and progressive societies — women are systematically underestimated. And it begins with how we treat mothers. We are not the broken ones. It’s the conveyor belt society that needs fixing. The welfare model in Norway is completely dependent on the labor women does when creating new lives. Every pregnancy deserves celebration and protection. We know that pregnancy in itself is no illness, but it is a medical condition that demands a lot from women. The fact that we don’t value this, stems from a time when we saw pregnancy and childbirth as a woman’s duty. And women’s duties was important but had low social status. The paradox of the welfare system is that we have economic protection but culturally we still don’t value birthing children. We are not machines. We are human. And it’s about god damn time that we start to move forward.

  1. It’s time we discuss this 🫡⬇️ Smartphone sensors are getting better and better every year, and they’re actually pretty decent, but the sensors found in modern DSLRs and mirrorless cameras especially are far superior. Another comparison that is often overlooked is the viewing experience or how you see what your camera is seeing. When you’re a professional photographer, having a unique photography style is one of your key selling points. And while smartphones offer many customization options, such as the ability to choose different filters, professional cameras are often better. Additionally, professional cameras often have more advanced features such as manual focus, image stabilization, and the ability to shoot in RAW format, which provides more flexibility in post-processing. This can be particularly important for professional photographers who require the highest quality images for their work. 🚀

Furthermore, professional cameras are designed to withstand more wear and tear, making them more durable for long-term use. They also typically have better ergonomics and handling, which can be important for photographers who spend long hours shooting.

In conclusion, I think while iPhones and other cellular devices have made significant advancements in camera technology, there are still many benefits to shooting with a professional camera, especially for those who require the highest quality and control over their images. 😌 What do u think? Is iPhone and other cellular devices gonna take over for the professional cameras? Let me know in the comments 👇🏼⭐️
Also I am really curious is you ever photographed an amazing shot in low light with your iPhone? 📸 Send me in the dms, I would love to see 😍 #concertphotography #musicphotography #tourphotography #phonevscamera

  2. ASK ME ANYTHING ABOUT PHOTOGRAPHY♨️⤵️ Comment all your questions about photography, gear and editing and I will reply to every question 📸 . . . Here are some tips for you that want to get started with music photography✨ 1. Know your gear: Familiarize yourself with your camera equipment and settings before heading to a concert. Understand how to adjust settings like ISO, aperture, and shutter speed quickly in low-light conditions to capture the best shots. 🙏🏼 2. Capture the energy: Concert photography is all about capturing the energy and atmosphere of the performance. Focus on capturing the emotions, movements, and interactions of the musicians and the audience to tell a compelling story through your photos. ♨️ 3. Get the right access: To capture the best shots, try to get access to different areas of the venue, such as the pit in front of the stage or the balcony for unique perspectives. Build relationships with event organizers, bands, or venues to secure the necessary access. 🌻 4. Be prepared for challenges: Concert photography can be fast-paced and unpredictable, with constantly changing lighting conditions and movement on stage. Be prepared to adapt quickly, anticipate moments, and be ready to capture the perfect shot at any moment. 🚀 5. Develop your style: Experiment with different techniques, angles, and editing styles to develop your unique photography style. 3. How high do you push your ISO when shooting?⤵️

Guess I don’t always love to follow the rules… 😇 When shooting concert photography, the ISO setting on your camera is a crucial element that can greatly impact the quality of your photos. ISO determines how sensitive your camera sensor is to light, and adjusting it properly can make a significant difference in the outcome of your images. 🌋 I’ve learned that as long as u have a good enough light source, you can actually push the ISO pretty high without losing image quality or clarity. NOT always ofc, it depends ofc. If you don’t have a good enough light source it’s very risky to push the iso too much. 🤯 One of the main challenges of pushing the ISO too high is the potential for introducing noise or grain into your photos. This can result in a decrease in image quality and clarity, especially when viewing them at larger sizes. To avoid this, try to find a balance between a high enough ISO to capture the necessary light, but not too high that it compromises the overall quality of the image. On the other hand, keeping the ISO too low can lead to underexposed photos with blurry or dark areas, especially in low-light situations. In these instances, increasing the ISO is essential to ensure that you capture the details and atmosphere of the concert. 🤝🏼 I don’t always push the ISO this high. Sometimes I have the ISO between 100-200 even when it’s really dark and I use the other settings to capture it in the best way. So it really depends on the moment you’re capturing, the distance to your lighting source, if it’s pyro/lasers/flames etc. I think I could have a 8 hour lecture about ISO and when to push it and when not to haha…. 😇 Overall, mastering the use of ISO in concert photography requires finding the right balance between pushing it high enough to capture the necessary light while avoiding introducing too much noise. Experiment with different ISO settings in various lighting conditions to determine the optimal level for capturing stunning concert photos. I’m curious to hear your thoughts! What is your preferable ISO stops? Do you have any questions about it? Let’s talk 👇🏼 #concertphotography #canon
