In a pot add the oil, onion, cauliflower, butternut and potatoes. 2. Place in the airfryer and cook at 180 degrees C for 15 minutes. 3. Remove from the air fryer and add the garlic, tomato paste and ginger and mix to combine. 4. Place in the airfryer and cook at 180 degrees C for a further 10 minutes. 5. Remove from the air fryer and add the spices, water and the curry leaves and mix to combine. 6. Place in the airfryer and cook at 180 degrees C for a further 45 minutes or until the vegetables are soft. 7. Once cooked, stir through the chutney. 8.   3. ⁣⁣ Happy new year everyone ! 🥂✨🤩 ⁣ ⁣ First recipe going into 2022 has to be my take on a CHOCOLATE BABKA 🍫 using the delicious vegan hazelnut chocolate spread from @olaokja ⁣ ⁣ For the dough:⁣ 2 1/2 cups of self-raising flour (+ extra for dusting) ⁣⁣ 3 tbsp caster sugar ⁣⁣ 2 tbsp vegan butter, melted ⁣ 1 cup almond milk ⁣ 1 tsp vanilla essence ⁣⁣ ⁣ filling: ⁣ 1/4 cup (or as much as you want) chocolate hazelnut spread from @olaokja ⁣ ⁣ 1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin. ⁣ 2. In a bowl, stir together the flour and caster sugar then add the melted butter, almond milk and vanilla essence and stir to combine until a dough forms. ⁣⁣ 3. Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead until the dough is smooth *don’t over knead, just between 6-8 times.⁣⁣ 4. Roll the dough into a rectangle (roughly 20cm by 30cm). ⁣⁣ 5. Spread with the @olaokja hazelnut spread and then roll into a long log shape. ⁣ 6. Slice the log down the middle lengthwise. ⁣ 7. With the cut sides facing upwards press together 1 end of each half. ⁣ 8. Lift the right half and place it over the left half and then repeat until you are left with a twist shape (almost like a long plait) ⁣ 9. Press the other side of the two halves together and then place into the loaf tin. ⁣ 10. Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown. ⁣ 11.
