In a large casserole, Heat oil, add onions, garlic and cook for until translucent. Add the beef ground beef and brown for 4-5 minutes Add tomato paste, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️, beef stock, mixed herbs, turmeric,curry powder, bbq sauce, worcestershire sauce and stir to combine.  Reduce heat to medium, add cooked pasta and stir to combine. Pour the bechamel sauce over the pasta Sprinkle cheese on top and cover again with lid for a further 2 minutes or until the cheese has melted. #SCGS #food #food24_sa #safoodie #zee_thecook

Chicken Wings Ingredients: 16 Chicken wings 2 Tbsp Cornflour 1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ ½ tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp Mixed herbs 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp garlic salt 1 tsp black peppercorns 1 Tbsp Olive oil For the Sauce/Glaze: ¼ cup hot sauce ¼ cup asian sticky bbq sauce 1 cup fresh cream 1 tsp dried thyme Method: Cut the wings into drumettes and flats, then pat them dry with paper towel. Stir together the cornflour, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, garlic salt, mixed herbs, paprika, black pepper corns, olive oil add the wings and coat them with the seasoning mixture. Place the chicken wings in a single layer in an air fryer basket. Set the Air Fryer Grill & Multi Cooker to 180°C and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until the wings are crisp and golden. Meanwhile, stir all the sauce ingredients together. When the wings are done, coat them in the sauce and serve immediately. Tip: Best served with a garden salad, potato wedges or fried chips. #food

I learned to go with the flow because plans with kids never work out, I’ve learned to let things go, and learn what matters. I put up boundaries and guarded my time, and learnt to live more in the moment because i blink and a year goes by🙆‍♀️ They humanize you in the most gracious of ways and also make you reflect on who you are as a person every waking moment, they make you put down your phone, look at what’s in front of you, test your patience and also have alot of “is this really happening?!” moments🤣 I teach them about life, morals, whats right and wrong, patience , kindness, grace, and more. But in reality they have been shaping me all along to be the best version of myself.
