La légende raconte qu’il y a 2’000 ans, un redoutable dragon semait la terreur �sur les rives du lac de Thoune. Son antre était un vaste réseau de grottes duquel personne n’arrivait à le déloger. Il fallut attendre la venue de saint Béat, un moine itinérant irlandais, qui extermina le monstre en le précipitant dans le lac. 📍 Staatsstrasse 30, 3800 Sundlauenen 💰 Dès CHF 17.-/adulte (tarif réduit avec la carte d’hôte fournit par les hôtels).   3. new smashburger spot in zurich 🍔 @prettypatty.burger one of the most hyped burger spots from Geneva, just opened their new location right by Löwenplatz. I tried their special with jalapeño and bacon jam and loved it. The burger was super juicy, flavourful and honestly just really well done. The space itself is beautifully designed and I find their prices very fair - starting from around 10 CHF depending on whether you go for a single, double or triple patty. And a little tip: make sure to check out their bathroom as well – it’s an experience on its own. Luckily we have an Italian guy standing on the market on Fridays in my village so I could get great 🇮🇹 products. 💯 Mortadella, salami piccante, extra old dried ham, salami and very tasty cheese made of Bufala milk and truffles.   2. Nuggets fait maison 🍗🤤 Qui va se laisser tenter ? Et joyeux anniversaire à Pouf 🐶 - Ingrédients (20-25 nuggets) 500g de poitrine de poulet 80g de farine 150ml d’eau gazeuse 1 cas de maïzena Épices (paprika, curry, épices à poulet, sel et poivre) Huile de tournesol (cuisson) Papier cellophane On commence par hacher le poulet, que l’on sale et poivre. On ajoute une cuillère à soupe du mélange dans un papier cellophane et on forme nos nuggets. (~20g un nugget) Dans une assiette, on ajoute de la farine, des épices et de la maïzena, puis on mélange bien. On trempe nos nuggets dans ce mélange. Ensuite, dans le reste de farine, on ajoute de l’eau gazeuse et on mélange. On trempe à nouveau les nuggets dans cette préparation, puis on les fait cuire dans une huile à température moyenne pendant 7 à 10 minutes. BON APPÉTIT 😋

  3. Job gekündigt, die Wohnung aufgelöst und einfach mal losgefahren. Genau vor drei Jahren parkte ich mein Haus das erste Mal direkt am einsamen Strand in Griechenland. Es war der Anfang vom wohl grössten Abenteuer meines Lebens. Nun stehe ich wieder hier, nach einer intensiven Reise durch Welten, die mir bisher fremd waren. Auch emotionale. Dass ich drei Jahre später meinen Kaffee alleine am Strand trinken werde, hätte ich damals nicht für möglich gehalten. Aber ebenso hätte ich niemals gedacht, dass ich mit meinem Van einmal durch die grünen Wadis im Oman oder die sandigen Wüsten in Saudi Arabien gefahren sein werde. Geplant war alles anders, aber die ganze Reise bis hierhin zurück an den Ort wo alles begann, war dennoch einfach unglaublich schön. Der Kreis schliesst sich, ich bin heute wieder genau so glücklich wie damals und lasse das Mittelmeer mit besten Erinnerungen und grosser Dankbarkeit für alles langsam im Rückspiegel von meinem fahrenden Zuhause verschwinden 🌅
