July 17th 2021 I found out we were pregnant with our first baby. we were over the moon excited, so naive and unaware of what the future would hold. August 13th 2021, we found out our baby would never make it due to an ectopic pregnancy. That was the most terrifying thing to ever happen to us. In November 2021, we were expecting once again. I was on my way to work a wedding and felt excruciating pain, and knew I was miscarrying. This past year I lost all hope. I say that story so that I can share the amazing story of our rainbow baby. In Feb, I was so sure we were pregnant… i felt so different, and my period actually never came that month. I went to the doctor & they pretty much told me my uterine lining would not support a pregnancy and not to be very hopeful for the month of March. So I kinda gave up. I had to let go, and let God. We were so busy in March that we really didn’t put a lot of focus into trying. On March 26th, we found out we were expecting. The God thing about this, is this was the due date of my first babies pregnancy from July. God knew I hadn’t fully recovered from that pregnancy, and I feel as though he took a day that would’ve been extremely hard for me and turned it into something good & beautiful. 🥹 Not only that, but I had so many people randomly message me in March saying they were thinking of me, praying for me, and that they had dreams that I was pregnant. I really think God shows people signs of what’s to come. I also want to say if you are someone who is TTC, and it’s uncomfortable or triggering to see pregnancy content, please don’t be afraid to delete me or block me. Do whatever you need to do to help you mentally. My heart truly goes out to you mamas who are in the waiting season and I will never stop praying for you all 🌈
