He supported the hours of training. He helped me figure out how to work excel and create a perfect opening schedule. He drove me to every pop up. He helped the team in every way. He joined me in Vegas to support the classes I was so nervous to teach. He moved the car out of the garage to make it a makeshift studio for the team to train in. He helped me through the many emotions of opening a studio and managing humans. He loved my new team. He took all of our new instructors test out classes. Today Westley still takes me to all my classes. He takes them (even though he hates the Sweat Room) - he helps members clip-in, he tightens bike locks, he knows and loves the front desk team more than anyone I know. He’s everyone’s favorite post-ride bartender. He helps me with programming ideas. Helps me set up the room for themed classes.   3. 🏔️ We made it to the TOP of The Big Beehive at Lake Louise, and let me tell you, it was hands down the toughest hiked we’ve ever done! 🥾Physically: 8 miles with over 2,300 feet of elevation gain—that mountain kicked our 🍑 🐻 Mentally: Starting before sunrise? In bear country?
